I got the NYX Mechnical Eyeliner in the onyx (black) shade. It is absolutely stunning! It is definitely washable, not waterproof. This is what I was seeking as I do not like using makeup remover and prefer for all my makeup to wash away in the shower with a gentle facial cleanser. I find that makeup removers can be harsh on skin and can tear some eyelashes out. The NYX eyeliner can smudge throughout the day, but it takes a LOT to smudge. I took two naps, had wind blown in my face, and planted a tree and it remained perfect on my oily eyeliner with no primer. It did not last as long on my waterline, but that's to be expected, probably a few hours max.I haven't worn eyeliner in years now but I remembered recently that I really enjoyed applying it back in the day. I was shocked how easy it was to apply. I remember I used to use a product called Rimmel Scandal Eyes and this NYX eyeliner is incredible comparatively. It is so pigmented yet more smudge resistant. It glides on smoothly and is easy to shape. It is firm and does not seem like it will break.I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend to anyone looking for a very pigmented pencil eyeliner that is washable yet smudge resistant! Great price as well.

I regularly buy and use this. Nyx is the best drugstore brand out there. I just put in my waterline with 2 swipes and it already looks good. Very pigmented and easy to use

I love this eyeliner because it glides on easily, it’s intense, and it is a very dark black. However, it smudges and after a few hours I have to reapply the liner and make sure it’s not all over my eyelid. It’s great quality, there’s no glitter in it, and it’s perfect for my sensitive eyes. Be aware it’s not waterproof.

I am not an eye pencil girl. I find them usually too hard, especially if you want to soften or blend the color. But, I’m so glad I purchased this pencil. I am beyond happy with it. I bought the sapphire bling. It goes on so smoothly & is easy to blend for a softer look; not at all a bright blue. I used it right above the top eye-line, & a bit on the corners. I Worked all day today, it did not smear & it’s still on.If you’re in doubt, try it! It can be returned if you aren’t happy…but I think you will be.

I really like this pencil and color. I only buy retractable pencils and this is one of those. The color is sort of a pinky peach. The application was very smooth. Once it set for several minutes it was pretty budge proof when I tried to wipe if off the back of my hand. All in all a very good pencil

I really wanted to love this eyeliner, but it was no match for my oily eyelids! If your eyelids are not oily at all, maybe this product might work better for you. It seemed okay when I texted it on the back of my hand, but on my eyelids? I looked a little racoonish at the end of the day. Love this color, though it's pretty hard to tell whether it's brown or black unless you inspect it up close.

This is a great liner. It goes on smoothly & stays put. Only like $5! Puts the more expensive brands to shame. Highly recommend.
