Excellent Upgrade - Ideal for Professional Use
This is an excellent massage chair. We recently upgraded to this chair from another Earthlite model. While the other chair was good, we have patients that range quite a bit in height and weight. This chair is rated for up to 350 pounds and the chair is extremely sturdy and stable. All of our massage therapists have commented on how easy it is to use, and that it helps them with their body mechanics. We use the chair to serve between 15-25 patients, six days a week, and it is holding up well. Since this chair is used in our clinic and not for events, we don't use the accompanying travel carrier, however I was very impressed by its quality. Definitely a five-star product.

Waste of Money broke in 1 year
Zero stars!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!! I bought this chair for my wife 1 year ago. The bottom bracket broke. I bought the Avila chair. I called and they said "Oh no problem we will send you out another one" Sure enough a week went by and part showed up in box. You'd think no problem!? No instructions or extra parts. why you need instructions for bottom bracket you might ask!!! well the designer's/engineers put a locking nut with no way of getting any type of wrech on it. I ended up calling beck to earthlite and the kinda lady said " WE SEND THESE PARTS OUT ALL THE TIME AND NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS!" SHE admitted to me that there were many other problems and complaints about this design!!! This wasn't the only problem. I then asked what am I supposed to do with the cables running from the chair to the bracket???? If you look closely there's no way to take these off without cutting them. I'm not completely stupid when fixing things but I want you to remember I bought this JUNK for over 500$ and ONLY GOT 1 YEAR!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!! THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED MY EMAILS FOR OVER 2 WEEKS!!!!!

Quality
Once got down how to erect and disassemble this is a quality chair. The case is nice too. The dvd is helpful but no where do they demonstrate putting the chair in the bag - so pay attention when you unpack as this is the only clue you'll get on how to stuff the chair into the case. It is a bit tight.Happy to have the chair at my disposal now and looking forward to using it in my practice.

Love the chair
Love the adjustablity of the chair. The oil spot is nice too. One of the pieces did break after only a couple of uses, but I don't know if I just didn't have it tightened enough. I wish the arm rest could adjust by degree instead of notches, but all in all, I love this chair. Easy set up and take down. Look amazing.

No good
It's getting more and more expensive, but the quality is getting worse and worse. I've bought it four times, and each time the chair broke within a month.

great comfort and accessability
Its the best one you can buy. It conforms to the body out of all the chairs iv seen. If comfort and function is what you want, get this. It is however not the sturdiest chair and u better not go over the working weight unless you wanna ruin the chair. Its still the one i prefer to use at my massage place over everything else

Great quality and comfortable
Although the adjustments on the Avila II model aren't quite as quick as the original model, this is still the best model I have encountered in the field. Very sturdy with secure adjustments and comfortable padding. Set up and take down are very easy once you get the hang of it, and the bag fits snugly once zipped (though some may have trouble).
