These marrons glaces are the BEST available through Amazon, for the simple reasons spelled out on the box: they are made exclusively with Italian chestnuts, and they are all individually wrapped. So, they taste delicious, and they retain their original freshness for a very long time. Thank-you, Vergani!

While I understand that these are hard to find in the US, I did not realize that I was paying 29.00 $ for a box of just 8 pieces of these marron glacés. It means 3.63 $ a piece. They taste good but the price is out of wack. I won't buy these again.

I love the crunchiness on the outside and softness on the inside. It came individually wrapped. They’re always stayed fresh and delicious. Highly recommended

I tried many different brands making this product. I'm very happy because it is good and cheap. Normally you have to spend the double to have the same quality (from 1 to 10 = 8) and more than double if you want to have a 9. This is a best to buy

Very little flavor. A big disappointment. No chestnut flavor.

These were okay. We used them chopped for a cake from a cookbook By Nigella Lawson. But we couldn’t help sampling them. We ended up preferring a different brand that had more taste and seemed fresher. We didn’t dislike these. Just didn’t prefer them.
