Once you have tried this you won't want any other pillow. I have now got rid of all my other pillows and use this on its own.I am a poor sleeper and tend to fidget a lot with aches and pains in my neck and shoulder.Since buying and using this Kally my sleep has improved as have the aches and pains.I cannot recommend this enough. It is expensive but as someone who changed pillows every 6 months looking for the perfect sleep, This has saved me a fortune and I would certainly buy another if and when it wears out.It is not openly advertised -which is a shame - as I bought a highly recommended one off e-bay, which was absolute rubbish. It flattened within a short space of time and went to landfill.If you can afford it BUY IT if not save up or ask someone to buy it for you for CHRISTMAS.It also comes with a free pillowcase, a lovely soft grey and very soft and kind to face fabric.UPDATE. I have now had this product two years and can say I am still impressed. I have a 4ft bed and it takes up hardly any of it. Sometimes i use it as a normal pillow across the bed, other times I snuggle in to it. 3/4's of the way down the bed with one arm under and one over, never use it with my leg over it as it's not comfortable. As it's two years old I have to give it a shake now and again which evenly distributes the filling. Will definitely buy another.

Writing on my fiancés behalf. The first night she got this she slept amazingly. Which in turn meant I did too! Result! At the 18 week stage and it was certainly a necessary purchase, just wish we’d have bought it sooner.Every night since we have had it we are both having great sleeps, fewer piles of pillows in the bed which means I get more room now too. Love it.

After having wasted my money on a different pillow that was underfilled, this one was brilliant. It's filled enough to actually be useful and offer support to the body. Quite expensive though for basically a large pillow.

I struggled to get to sleep and buying this was a big decision because of the cost, but it's worth every penny - I'm routinely getting a good nights sleep for the first time in years, it's instant comfort when you use it The pillow slip it came with is easy to take on and off and washes well. (I've also invested in a Kally pillow which I bought direct from the company, it's good too but I hedged my bets and bought the side/back sleeper one and I'm going to change to a side sleeper which will suit better.

I have had and still do have numerous orthopedic surgeries. This pillow I bought not sure what to expect but i love the the comfort. I am sleeping better than I have for years. Even bought one for Husband too

It's comfortable but loses its shape easily if folded or bent, difficult to move the stuffing around to reshape, also the press stud buttons all came detached from the cover so I had to remove it. Still like it though, but could be better for the price.

I am not a pregnant women, but I have to say I do enjoy this product as you can manipulate it how you wish and its very versatile!

Great product and good idea in many ways. However haven't had it more than two weeks and it's already lost all structure and shape. For a supposedly premium product (there are much cheaper on the market) I would have expected it to hold up much better in all honesty. Wouldn't buy again, and will likely need a replacement in due course.
