We love this seasoning. It is great for a Smoky taste when you don't want to use bacon.Great for indoor BBQ

This past summer, when on vacation in Alaska, I asked the cook at one of the restaurant what seasoning was used on the French fries, as they were so tasty--but not just salted. He showed me this container of spice mix.I have since used it on fish, chicken, pork chops, fries, and most recently roasted pumpkin seeds. I call it my "not so secret" ingredient. It adds just the right amount of zip!

Yum on anything. It has tomato base in it, so it is awesome balance of Umi. Careful when putting on items to be seared as it will caramelize and burn; so put it on right before the searing is done.

This product is one I have used several times and really enjoy using. I bought off amazon this time because I could no longer find this in stores in my area. Still a fair price and good value though getting it this way.

I’m a chef (now unemployed) and I used to use this seasoning a lot. It’s very versatile! It’s great mixed into burger meat with diced cheddar for delicious bbq burgers! Just wish they sold a smaller size

Wish it came in a larger bottle, at this price it is very expensive. Might have too much mesquite in it makes meat bitter tasting if over seasoned.

Just as it was and I wanted

Bought this on a whim. It’s amazing. I use it as a rub on chicken and then put it on the griddle. Nice, earthy with a subtle tang. Glad I bought the big bottle and will be buying this all the time as a go to seasoning.
