I wanted to use this for a while, to give the best review possible. You get two cleansers and a spray meant for your pillow, towels and other fabrics. It is an all-natural product from Australia. It has little to no scent. It lathers well- you just need a tiny bit. It didn’t burn or irritate my very sensitive scalp. I have seen a little improvement in the bumps and itchiness, but you need to use it for longer than I have, to see a true end result. I have mixed feelings about the price. To me, it seems extremely high for what you get. I understand medical grade stuff costs more, but why this much? That’s really my only complain. I think the product is solid and good quality, so if you’re really desperately battling mites, then it may be totally worth it.

This is honestly an interesting product. There is new research that suggests that eczema and rosacea can be caused by mites. A lot of people who are unable to calm down their facial redness with numerous products, like centella asiatica, have the possibility that mites be the cause of their redness anguish. Yes, it is expensive, but worth it. It can take up to 3 months or even repeated treatments, but it will achieve the results you are hoping for. So far I am only a couple weeks in, but it has calmed down my rosacea, more so then other products I have tried. No ill effects that I can see/feel. The scent of these products are just beautifully fresh and clean. No artificial fragrances, just pure natural essential oils. Using the PDT spray on my pillowcase at bedtime is an added way to keep the treatment going, even while I sleep. Again, the same fresh scent as the cleanser that is just mesmerizing and wonderful. It does not hang around, but dissipates quickly. I recognize these products are high end, but if you suffer with skin issues, itching, redness, mites, UNGEX is well worth the money. The hair, face and body wash is a 4.2 ounce bottle and it only takes a small amount of product, as it’s very concentrated. The PDT spray only requires 2 spritzes each night so this bottle will last for months. I can attest that these products are effective at reducing mites, and the many side effects they cause. I am an UNGEX customer for life! Because these are specially formulated products, it’s important to read the instructions for the best benefits. This set arrived packaged very well and included all of the product information with full instructions.
