Over the years and following three pregnancies and natural births of big, bouncy babies, several gynaecological surgical procedures finally resulting in a complete hysterectomy swiftly followed by the joys of surgical menopause!! Suffice to say the old pelvic floor had taken quite a battering and the basic kegels just weren't cutting it and made little to no difference even though a specialist pelvic floor therapist had checked to make sure I was doing them correctly. There was just no muscle tone or strength down there at all, bladder control was so poor and I would need the toilet often and holding it in just wasn't an option and almost led to a couple of near misses and leakages on more than a few occasions. I tried regular walking and squats alongside the kegels in the hope of some improvement but frustratingly still no noticeable change. I invested in the Aquaflex weighted cone system and used as instructed for a good few months but again to no avail. I realise now just how useless that was in its design and performance; oddly shaped, shiny and slippery plastic material, a feeble thin wire tail and a nightmare to keep clean and free of bacteria especially in the grooves of the screw fitting. Fast forward to 2024 and with fingers, toes and everything crossed I took a leap of faith and ordered the Bodyotics Pear Drop System....it was the best thing I ever did and definitely up there amongst my most worthwhile and valuable purchases. It looks great, feels great and above all works! Each of the 6 "drops" is already weighted so no faffing about inserting weights manually. Lightest pink is the lowest weight through to the darkest pink being the heaviest and you gradually work through in order. The Bodyotics system is elegant in its design, gorgeous in its appearance and luxurious in its feel, everything comes perfectly packaged in a sealed, compact and robust tin with a velvetsoft pouch also included if you were travelling away but still wanted to keep up with your pelvic floor training....just take along the Pear Drop weight you are currently working on so your progress doesn't lag. The silicone material is soft, comfortable and a joy to use. It inserts so easily with just a hint of water based lubricant and the textured design further helps with the hold and grip once inserted. Just 15 minutes use a day is sufficient for results but I tended to use for up to 30 minutes because of how dire my situation was. I spent several weeks on each weight before moving up to the next, I was in no rush to hurry through the programme and was just grateful that I had finally found something that was working for me so slow, gradual and consistent was my motto of use. It might be an anatomical issue why this system has worked for me where others didn't but I saw results very quickly and early on, my bladder control improved dramatically which was so pleasing and made me determined to continue using in the hope of further progress. Once you have reached your desired results, it is a case of maintaining your progress by regularly using the heaviest weight which delightfully is the stage I am now at! I currently use once, sometimes twice a week for just the recommended 15 minutes and I am pleased to report everything is as it should be. The Pear Drops are so simple to wash and keep clean so if you are somebody prone to uti's and such, then you don't need to worry about germs and bacteria getting where they shouldn't. For me personally, the performance of this product has been a solid 10/10 and I would highly recommend others to give it a try, it truly is life changing if it works for you and has drastically improved my quality of life where a weak pelvic floor had made me miserable for going on 20+ years so it's never too late to tackle this annoying issue. There are cheaper alternatives on the market but this is worth its weight in gold for me and for the difference it has made to my life, I would pay the price ten times over because there were times I had resigned myself to forever suffering the effects of a weak pelvic floor because further surgery whether on the NHS or privately to attempt to fix things was an absolute no no for me. I hope it works wonders for others as it has done me and thank you for taking the time to read my extremely lengthy review :/ but I felt impelled to share my experience.

This was delivered promptly after ordering. Packaged well from amazon. I can’t say enough great things about this product. Firstly they look great, they are in a lovely discreet storage box. They have easy to follow instructions that you download (Ebook) I sent the company an email and they sent the ebook to me promptly. They are easy to clean, easy to use and aren’t painful to use. I’ve only been using them for a few days and already feel they are helping after years of neglecting my pelvic floor after having children. Finally the price is amazing, I looked at a lot of different products to help with the issues I’m experiencing and was shocked at how expensive some were!! For under £30 these are an absolute bargain for a high quality product 😃 Really happy and would highly recommend!!

Great presentation, cool shape and easy to identify graduated weighting. Very easy to use, comfortable. Missed a trick on no gel included as a starter, which was a shame. Ebook didn't automatically email but corrected very quickly by customer service after messaging using their 'did it arrive' option.

Using a very small amount of lube these are easy to insert and extremely comfortable to wear. The best news is, after only a fortnight, I've already stopped leaking when I sneeze which is the reason I bought them. It's neat having the e-book as it's always to hand and I never have to wonder where I put it the last time as it's always on my phone. I also love the style and colour of the packaging, it allows discreet storage on my dressing table and nobody's aware of what's inside. Fast delivery and, though the e-book didn't arrive at first, one quick email to the supplier and they sent it by return. Great service and complete satisfaction - highly recommended.

I ordered a set for me and my flatmate. We could see that we had different levels of weight to which we were suitable for, so the different weights do make a difference and it is an incentive to improve your strength to work up through the weights and increase the length of time that you can hold them in for. They are a visual reminder to do your exercises, and it definitely feels more effective for strengthening than just doing pelvic floor exercises with no weights. I found them easy to insert and remove, and I dont like using tampons or menstrual cups so was pleased that these were easy to use. Once in, they can just be held in place for 15 minutes or so, but having it in actually makes you want to challenge yourself and do kegel exercises with them in. And also handy as you can use them while also doing chores round the house, I did them while doing the dishes and hanging up clothes, so really they dont take much time out of your day to do them. Having them in sustained for 15 minutes is really good for endurance for the muscle and I would never have that much patience to do that kind of exercise without the weights.

Well first of all the packaging is stunning and discreet, I love the different colours that tells the weights from lighter the colour the lighter the weight, I popped the lightest in while I nipped for a shower and I could feel it working already. This is positive as I don’t unusually leave reviews but it was so easy to use, like a tampon and comfortable to use. I will post in the next couple of weeks with a follow up on how well this worked, I have had 3 kids close in age and the slightest movement causes leakage, I can’t even take the kids to trampoline centres and get embarrassed doing exercises in the gym as I have little bladder control, fingers crossed for me laddies!

They are nice and comfortable, come with easy instructions, they are a little on the expensive side but they seem good quality. I havent used them much yet so I havent noticed a difference. Might update this review once I have used them more

Die Kugeln sind super verpackt. Man kann die kleine Dose, ohne Scham, auf dem Nachtisch stehen lassen. Die verschiedenen Gewichte sind echt gut. Die Farben steigern sich mit der Größe der Kugeln. Die Kugeln haben eine gute Haptik. Und lassen sich, bitte wasserlöslichem Gleitgel, sehr gut einführen. Das E-Book zum Download ist sehr gut und informativ. Die Übungen sind, wenn man sie richtig macht, schon anstrengend. Schon nach ein paar Tagen, mit der kleinsten Kugel, konnte ich eine leichte Verbesserung spüren. Wichtig ist: Du musst, wie jeden anderen Muskel auch, regelmäßig und richtig trainieren. Von nichts, kommt nichts!! Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

La verdad es que están muy bien. El tacto es muy suave y fáciles de colocar. Está genial si quieres mejorar el tono de tu suelo pelvico
