Good choice for storage and small seat
Very sturdy. Came packaged well. The whole thing folds into the top cushion part. The top cushion is fortified very well I think made of wood and really comfortable while being strong. The sides of it are pretty flimsy, but it relies on the same physics of four rolls of printer paper supporting a tower of textbooks, so don't worry it's way sturdier than it looks. I even jumped on it and it was fine lol. The bottom is only plastic fabric and they give you a cardboard piece to fortify it at the bottom. Probably dont set it on anything sharp or uneven ground. Good storage and surprisingly comfy to sit in.

Highly recommend
I love these. Got 2 in forest green (beautiful colour) to replace similar ones I had that were cloth-covered. Those were great too for several years til I got a new cat. A cat who loves to scratch. She’s mostly been broken of the habit but alas, my ottomans were ruined. These faux leather ones have not tempted any clawing! Look fantastic, very sturdy (I was hesitant to sit, but I did and it held up fine…and I’m not a Barbie doll), easy to assemble, wipe clean with a damp cloth or just a dust rag, hold a lot. One fits perfectly at the end of my queen bed. I use them for storing linens. Not the cheapest of this style but the quality and how nice they look are definitely worth the price.

It’s a must
This ottoman is exactly what I was looking for! The coffee brown synthetic leather looks sleek and matches my living room perfectly. It’s surprisingly sturdy — the 660 lb weight capacity is no joke. I’ve sat on it plenty of times, and it feels solid and stable. The storage space inside is super roomy. I use it to store blankets and extra pillows, but it could easily hold games, shoes, or anything you want hidden away. The best part is that it folds down if you ever need to tuck it away, which is such a nice feature. Setup took maybe a minute — just unfold, put the base in place, and it’s ready to go. The top is cushioned enough to double as extra seating or a comfy footrest. If you want a functional, good-looking piece of furniture that won’t break the bank, this ottoman is a win.

Look and work great!
These are great storage ottomans! Each ottoman comes in a long cardboard box about 4 feet long and about 5 inches thick, pretty heavy but totally movable by one semi-strong person (the shipping details say the weight of each one is almost 18 pounds). You don't need any tools or anything to set it up, just open the box, unfold the ottoman's ends to open it up, put the center divider in (if desired), then place the solid one-piece lid on top. I bought two and ended up putting art supplies in one - it even fit all the oversized 12"x18" poster paper that I've had a heck of a time finding a place to neatly store! The other is going to hold mittens, hats and gloves for winter. We've had them for almost a month now and they're holding up great. My children have used them as benches to sit on to play video games and put their feet up on. My 195lb husband sits on these with no problem when watching games, they even withstand his exhuberant "whoooo, they scored!" and "booo, they lost!" movements. :P My only worries about the longevity are that the sides are semi-flexible cardboard-like material, about 1/4 of an inch thick, but still cardboardy, so they may soften and bend over time. The lid is super solid - feels like actual wood - that'll definitely outlast the rest of it. Also, the semi-gloss "leather" material is quite thin, and does show scuffing and stains. It wipes off easily, but anything oily (ahem, questionable little kid fingers) soaks in and leaves a dark stain. I wouldn't use these in a room near food just for that reason. Lastly, I paid $37.49 each for these on Lightning Deal. I thought that was an amazing price, all the similar folding ottomans were smaller or $5-10 more. The week after I bought them, though, Aldi's came out with similar ones for $19.99 each. Oooh, sadface. :( At the time of this review, these are priced at $49.99, and I have to be honest - I wouldn't pay that much, and I do regret paying as much as I did. They're basically pretty cardboard furniture. Still, they work for what I needed them to (storage, foot-rests, occasional seating). If you can get them at a good price, you'll be happy. Check this out for looks, price, and functionality
Nice piece for the price. I bought the 43” long one and it has enough storage space to hold pillows, blankets, and sheets. It also serves as a nice foot rest when watching tv (have it in a finished basement). The material and design go well with my decor (purchased the white unit) and there are multiple colors to suit multiple tastes. The overall look doesn’t appear cheap at all and assembly (if you could even call it that) takes less than a minute. For the price this product is a great value and will add to the overall vibe of any room. The storage is a bonus, and it can also serve as a seat if you choose to use it in that application. I weigh about 250 lbs and it didn’t feel unstable at all. Good find.

Very nice looking, strong, and has good storage capacity.
I am VERY PLEASED with this storage bench. It is strong, and has some cardboard supports that fit inside - it came with one long piece for the base, and one side piece, both encased in thin black fabric. I used a piece of cardboard to make one for the other end, which I plan to sew a black fabric pocket for. It's a very nice looking bench, and feels rather strong. I am 125 lb. and it's fine for me - I'll have to see how it does when one of my 200 lb. sons comes over. It looks very nice, with the clean white cover. The detail buttons across the top are evenly spaced and in their proper positions. I can store blankets and pillows in this bench, in our big family room, near between the game table and the sleeper sofa, so it's ready to go when family stop by to visit. It is a great value for the money. I have another one that I store yoga mats and blocks in, that has a strange wire crossing support in it, which limits the interior space. So I'm going to buy another one of these benches, and thrift store the other one with those strange wire supports.
