Worked perfectly in a 2000 Civic Si. Just buy it - no brainer..
Update, 06/24/2022: ~10 years old and still passing emissions inspection..Original Review:I didn't know Denso until I found out I needed a front O2 sensor. After being told by Honda that it would be $290.00 for the sensor and another $150.00 for labor, I did some research and found that Denso is a respected company in the Honda enthusiast community and an oem. I checked several online sources and a local chain. Amazon had it for about 10 bucks less on average (thanks Amazon). It even came with anti-seize paste. After having it installed (should have done it myself but had honda do it for 150), the check engine light went out and all is well. It's too early to talk about long term performance but so far, so good. Great product, great price, great Amazon service. Net $250.00 saved, happy customer.

Good price, works well
Arrived a day late for prime shipping but it seems to have fixed my issue. Installed on a 96 gsr swapped Civic.

Genuine Denso sensor,
This was a "Sold By Amazon" purchase, not one from a third-party seller. It is a GENUINE Denso O2 sensor, not one of the many fake Denso bootleg sensors out there (this was confirmed with a representative at Denso USA). Correct upstream fitment for my 1999 Honda CR-V, with the correct connector already installed, and was completely plug & play. If you're having difficulty getting the connector of your old sensor to come apart, it may be because it's a fake Denso sensor; this was the case with the bad sensor I was replacing, and the connector of the Chinese fake wasn't molded quite dimensionally correct. Also, remember to disconnect the battery GROUND before and during installation.

Works great!
I had a strange hesitation issue with my B20B at around 2900 RPMs I could not seem to pin down.I was told to replace my O2 sensor to fix the issue. I thought that was crazy, the ecu was not throwing any CEL for the O2 and I had just replaced that sensor months before for other reasons. It didn't fix the issue then, so why would it work now?Well, I did some more digging and learned that the issues I was having was due to failure of the heater circuit in the O2 sensor(O2 sensors must be hot to work properly) and I could test the circuit by checking the resistance. So I checked the o2 sensor in my car, and it was way out of the working range, therefore no good. So I bought this sensor, installed it, and the problem has been gone for a week now!If you own a Honda, buy only these oem sensors from Denso, other brands just don't cut it some times. Get the right parts the first time and save yourself the hassle.

Returned because don't blive it's actually Denso
I returned this "Denso" O2 sensor because it came in no packaging. I contacted Denso and they told me that all their O2 sensors are sold in a Denso box and the sensor itself is in a sealed bag with a specific Denso sticker on the bag. It is my opinion that these O2 sensors, while being sold as actual Denso brand, are simply generic sensors. It is well known that on certain vehicles, like Honda and Toyota, you need to use Denso or NGK sensors as the sensor controls the air/fuel mixture.
