So far these are very good with the compression and releive a fair amount of pain and discomfort during wear. My legs hurt regardless because im going through it, but the compression helps a lot.I'm 5'1 and currently (very sick) 125 lbs. My calf is 10", calf 15/14", and thigh 22/20" depending on whether or not I'm wearing the tights and I bought a large.The ankle was too tight on my ankle but luckily I'm short enough that I'm able to pull the ankle over my heel. The rest of the tights fit better. I don't have much of a belly anymore (sick) so it doesn't cut into me there, but if it did I feel like I could pull it up.I've worn them 3 times and I'm buying more because I need tights, not socks, but they've held up very well despite me pulling on them and picking at them. I feel like they're pretty durable.They stay in place well enough, the waistband moves around on me a bit, but like I said, I'm thin from being sick.The butt sits weird and you have to pick and fudge with it a bit but I can get it looking right.I most compression garments ive bought so far itch. Only my Wellow socks don't.

My cardiologist recommended compression stockings full length 20-30 compression. I tried another brand and my nails went right through the material first day and felt like regular panty hose. These offer the correct compression and my nails didn’t break through. I already bought 2 pairs!! They are worth it!UPDATE dannnngggg well one of the pairs bit the dust I just punched a hole thru them sooo sad I’m knocking off 2 stars as it still got me about 4-20 wears and it’s really compression. I bought one pair to try before I invest in more. They are great. They’re a 20-30 mmHg legging, so they’re going to require more effort to get on and off than a regular or light compression legging. I have to wonder if the people who are surprised by that have never tried anything in this compression range. They were very comfortable, sizing was spot on, didn’t roll or bunch on me all day. I’ll be buying additional in a variety of colors now that I know they’re worth the price.

I purchased from this seller based on all the reviews I have read from this and other similar products, and I am glad I did! I ordered a 4x based on the measurements AND plus the height/weight chart. For reference I am 5' 8" and between 260-270 lbs. Unfortunately the product was too long and covered half of my foot, however, that did not bother me soo much, but then it started to bag at behind the knee. Plus, I read the directions for washing, and found out that you must hand wash and line dry, which not sure if all of the customers know that this item must be hand washed and line dried to keep the elasticity. I called the customer support line to find out if I ordered correctly or not since I really liked the product but it was way too long and was bagging at behind the knee. The customer support rep could not have been nicer! We even got disconnected and she called me right back! That is amazing customer service! I explained how I came to order the 4x and she said that I needed the 3x and that I could return them (even though I wore them). She said that I should only go by the measurements and not the height/weight chart and that they will be removing that portion due to confusion. Again, what amazing customer service! I also really like the product. I like the thickness of the product. It is a little tricky to get on, but again, this is a compression garment and should be a tad hard to get on due to the compression factor. I am returning the 4x and purchasing TWO 3x so that while one is drying, I can wear the other. I am very happy about my entire experience and highly recommend this particular product! Just want to mention, that I did read a very favorable review on this site from another "plus size" customer and that is what lead me to my decision to order here. Hope this helps someone else like the previous review helped me!
