The only problem we had was with the packaging of the bottles. Both the shampoo and conditioner were unsealed or even taped closed! As a result the other things in our order, all food items, were covered in guess what, that's right, Shampoo! The top lid had popped or flipped open, and a good 1/3ed of the shampoo was disgorged on everything. It's a good thing it smells nice since the downstairs is now perfumed with it. It's also a good thing the food items weren't in paper or cardboard like the shipping box that was soaked especially on the inside! Thankfully and somehow the conditioner managed to remain closed, so at least we got a full bottle of that, and we didn't have to clean it off everything to! As to the quality of the shampoo (that was left) and conditioner. We tried them both over the weekend and the shampoo is thick, creamy, and lathers up really good. It gets even oily hair, like mine, clean without stripping it dry! After using it my heir felt really nice and the conditioner works great for keeping my ends silky and untangled. So for the quality of the product that I give 5 Stars on. For shipping a note, the tops of shampoo and conditioner bottles need to be Taped Closed. Thank you.🐱

I love this shampoo. Smells good and makes hear soft and clean. We do oil hair massage once in a week and to clean it we use this shampoo, it cleans effectively!!! Aveeno is best !!

The itchy feeling is gone after washing twice a week. My senior ultra thin hair is soft and manageable. Finally found a shampoo that helps my itchy scalp. No oily feeling and the liquid is semi thick just enough to clean my hair. Highly effective and great purchase.

It IS gentle, but for me it really doesn’t do a good job of getting my hair clean. It gets dirty again quickly and my hair feels dry.
