Is this kibble appropriate to feed to a 3 month puppy?

what size is the kibble....can a 3 lb yorkie manage it?

The kibble is small. Our 7-lb shihtzus can manage it well. We have used it for a couple of years and it has my recommendation

I've heard that this kibble is extremely hard and takes a long time to soften when soaked. Has anyone have any experience with soaking it? Thank you!

My 5 month old, 8 pound Mini Aussie Nestle had a loose tooth that made it harder for her to eat, so I microwaved water to boil it. I then put a about a tablespoon of water on the food and stirred it up. It starts to smell really good. I sometimes add in the sprouted seeds that Carna4 sells. That is also great stuff. I add the recommended daily amount into her breakfast and add another tablespoon of water. I will normally add half and stir it up, then sprinkle the other half on top. She also likes the sprouted seeds dry. Eventually the kibble gets extremely soft. I don’t know how long it takes, but by lunch time it is so soft the crunch is gone. Just make sure to let it cool down before setting it down. Between the food and the cold metal dish it only takes a few minutes to cool down. Check it with your finger to make sure it is just warm and not hot. This food is so amazing. Her fur is just as soft or even more soft then when she was a puppy. It could be genetics, but this is our fourth Aussie and this is the first time we have used a premium food. I am constantly amazed by her fur, it is unbelievable how soft it is.. With our other dogs we used Pro Plan and also tried Iams. I also used Furminator shampoo and conditioner and the furminator brush set with the Deshedder before her bath. Keeps the shedding to a minimum when bathed every two weeks.

Real Dog Food

I swear by this dog food!!! My dog has never had an issue with it, stomach wise and taste wise. He loves it. I temporarily tried another dog food while waiting for this food to arrive and it MESSED up his stomach. If you are looking for an amazing dog food buy this one just be sure to order a week before your dog is about to run out. Worth the wait 👌🏽👌🏽

My dogs LOVE it. It doesn't stink like kibble.My dogs have a chicken allergy and I was prescribed 100% artificial Purina all-amino-acid and all synthetic vitamin and mineral prescription-only food. Of course it was recalled a week after I'd been forcing my poor dogs to eat it (they hated it). The recall was due to Vitamin D overdosing. My smaller dog started showing signs of vitamin D poisoning but it all resolved within 12 hours of taking him off the food. I saw a video review of Carna4 and after reading the ingredients I was sold.It is EXPENSIVE but fortunately, both of my dogs are relatively small so a big bag lasts a month or so.

A good, well made food that unfortunately my dogs didn't take to

I had heard great things about this food and finally tried it for my dogs. They liked it the first time but they lost their enthusiasm with subsequent feedings. It was a bit disappointing given the reputation and cost of this brand.I might try a different version later as they could like a different protein. I believe the nutrition is excellent though, so I wouldn't rule it out from my dog's preference.

Chicken allergies

Bought this expensive kibble as it’s the only one recommended by PawsUnplugged. Apparently my dogs are allergic to chicken as they all have loose stools from it. It is not returnable. A waste of $122.
