I absolutely love this lighter! I smoke roll ups so I make sure that there is no excess paper, which can clog up the coil. Mine stopped working after 5 weeks but I contacted them and I had a free replacement in 2-3 days as they have a year warranty. Battery life is good and charges very quickly.A mesh coil would work better than a spiral one to reduce the risk of it breaking if people apply too much pressure.

This is a well crafted lighter; it feels well-built and fits the hand perfectly and it is not a lumpy, weighty object in the pocket. However, I cannot light a cigarette with it and I have already determined it would be incredibly dangerous to use when driving. I have tried and tried to light a cigarette, all to no avail. It could be because I smoke hand-made roll-up cigarettes and I am not about to go out and buy a pack of commercial cigarettes to test this lighter. Yes, the filament glows but it simply will not light my cigarettes and I have reverted to using my old flame lighter. If you touch the end of the cigarette to the filament then the filament will go cold and this is probably a safety feature. Please do not spend your money on this lighter if you want a hassle free experience of lighting a cigarette

For starters, don’t expect to be able to give this as a gift, when the box is covered almost entirely by a sticker that’s impossible to get off! Thanks Amazon! 🙄The lighter itself is pretty, nice for a lady as it’s also small & sleek. As far as lighting a cigarette goes, its flameless so obviously wind proof which is handy since smokers have been banned to the outdoors like everywhere.. it’s effective, but hard to describe. I think the closest comparison I can think of is that it’s a lot like lighting your cigarette off the hot end of someone else’s. It takes about the same amount of time & effort to light.I can’t speak to it’s durability, as I’ve only just received it. It charged quickly and was up & lighting in about 15 minutes. I’d say so far, except for the massive disappointment and frustration with the box, that I would recommend it. It definitely beats buying:wasting cheap lighters once a month or so. If it lasts 6 months without me losing it and it continuing to work then it will be a money saver as well as a pretty conversation starter.

Easy to use in any place battery not good

Now don't get me wrong, this is a great product for anyone who is always running out of lighters. I got this as a present for my fiancee as he never seemed to have a lighter.The packing was great, colour looked awesome and the charger time was minimal for full charge.It was Christmas gift and has been used a bit, imagine my surprise when my fiancé charged it ready for work the next day, to then tell me, its charged the light is on to say its charged, the power button works, when you press the power button the middle bit no longer glows orange!!!!!It has been a matter of weeks and it has not been used a great deal, now I'm not sure if this is something we have done or not done correctly, but the last few charges it has had, it has always worked correctly after wards.I will be contacting the seller to make them aware that this product has stopped working after a few weeks and think they need to be made aware incase its a design flaw.other than this issue its a great idea.

Worst product I have ever purchased. It is not fit for purpose. Wire mesh broke within 2 days. Was not effective at lighting cigarettes from day 1. Wish I could give the product zero stars.

I have tried two of these now. The first one was fine until the initial charge ran out, but the charging cable would not fit into the lighter, so was useless. The second one I checked the charging cable straight away, and it was fine. Unfortunately, the heating element worked only once, then just stopped. Fully charged, but still useless.I love the idea of this lighter. It is very pretty and feels good in my hand, but if it doesn't light a cigarette it is utterly useless.
