I absolutely love this journal. This is the second product that I've ordered from this company (I received a tea infuser from them a couple months ago that I loved as well) and I am hooked! The look and feel of their products as well as the beauty and elegance of the packaging makes them stand out in my mind amongst other vendors.This journal comes in a lovely gift box with gold, sacred geometry accents. Like the last product I received from them, it comes with a card that has a sweet note on one side and a 10% off coupon for upcoming orders on the back. It also comes with a matching leather pen case, which is a really nice touch. The journal itself has a soft but sturdy leather feel, a wrap-to-close leather cord as well as flower-of-life branding on the opening flaps and on the tip of the leather cord. Protective gloss pages sit on the front and back of the natural-colored writing pages, and have a similar gold sacred geometry designs as the front of the box. The binding is super sturdy brown cotton cord, which is good because this journal has A LOT of pages.The overall look, texture and smell of this journal is so lovely-- its just begging you to write in it! I was very impressed with this product and plan to re-order it for Christmas gifts! It comes in 3 colors and could fit the fancy of any writer.

I looked for weeks & all was drab, I wanted something special, something I Loved. A journal to chronicle life & add some art. Maybe a keepsake one day for a family member. As soon as I saw these beautiful journals I was in Love. First the sacred geometry, Oh but the white Lotus must be mine then the practical brown leather Mandela with its brown craft paper. What to do? .... I want all of them yesterday:) Brown came today very gift worthy, perfect box & contents. Lovely presentation. Substantial leather yet playable to wrap around journals.Very little scuffing & attention to detail.All books sewn in ready to go when you are.A beautiful pen pouch inc. I could not be more pleased or recommend these higher. Black leather Sacred Geometry will arrive tomorrow and will be ordering white Lotus in a few weeks. I feel at peace knowing I found the perfect journals. I have not written on the paper yet but can tell you it is a quality paper smooth to the touch and good weight.Anyone would be over the moon to received this as a gift. I got this journal for my youngest son who is now off to college in Alabama. Ever since he was a young boy, he always was writing in his journal. Usually his journal was a notepad or homemade journal. I thought this would be a great gift to add to his care package.When I came across this journal, I knew it would be perfect for my son. I ordered the brown one for him. The journal came very nicely packaged and wrapped in plastic and comes in a gorgeous gift box. The journal is beautifully made with great detail and design. The pages are smudge proof and thick so they won’t tare or bleed to the next page.It comes with a convenient pen holder so you never have to worry about finding your pen. I hope this will inspire my son to continue his writing and I know he will love his new journal. I would highly recommend this journal.

I had the benefit of getting this cool journal the other day. It came in it’s own little box, so it was like opening a gift versus just opening mail. The leather is very soft, the designs etched into it are beautiful. I liked how it came with a strap to wrap around it and keep it securely closed. It almost felt wrong to write in it since it was so pretty!So far I’ve only written on the first page, claiming this journal as mine. I am unsure if I want to use it for personal ramblings and thoughts, or to document silly/cute things my kids say; or memories of what we have done together as a family. Maybe all of the above!I got the blank page version (vs the lined pages) so I have more freedom to do as I please. I can write paragraphs, make bulleted lists, or even doodle a bit!

Love this journal. I feel like a witch writing spells when I use it. Also, the smell of the leather is pretty cool. No but on a serious note, it came in a plastic/fabric bag and you get a box in which the journal fits perfectly and I thought it was very tasteful. The sheets of paper aren’t flimsy which I like because I have a heavy hand when I write so I don’t have to worry about impressions when I turn to write on the other side of the paper. When I fill up the current journal I have, I will most definitely repurchase. It was well worth the price point considering the quality of leather and paper alone. Not to mention the etchings in the leather and the intricate binding. I never used to journal but this inspires me to write.

I love this journal. I chose the white one. It’s has a subtle beautiful design. It’s a soft leather that’s comfortable in the hand. I appreciate the amount of paper in the journal but wish there was a way to refill the paper. The pen holder is loose which I didn’t like but found a resolve. I cut two slits in the back of the pen holder by placing a piece of cardboard in the holder and using a box knife to cut the slits. I then ran the tie through the holder. I chose the placement of the pen holder to be on the inside cover but you can choose otherwise. This way the pen holder doesn’t get misplaced. Otherwise this is a great journal.
