Voltron Minifigure, Minifig Building Block Figure [Brick] (Version 2)

I've been collecting Voltron toys lately and was happy to see there was a (knockoff) Lego Voltron figure. There are 2 that I saw. The other one has lion heads as hands, but the paint and coloring look horrible compared to this one. Mine came in perfect condition, no blemishes, everything fits together nicely, and the colors are vibrant! It even comes with the shield which the other minifig is missing. The figure feels up to the same quality as a real Lego figure, nothing has broke or fell off mine. Granted that batches can change from time to time. But from what I see with mine it is a very high quality product!

This is super badass!!! I’m comparing this to the newer iteration. The better of the two choices. The colors of the pieces are way more vibrant, the pieces fit tight and stay together well like a regular LEGO character. The sword and shield are to scale and the helmet does come together in two pieces but they fit together and hold without any problems. The only downside I could think of was that it’s hands are regular LEGO hands and not lion heads. Other than that, the quality makes it a wonderful collectible worthy of your Voltron collection.

My 7-year-old is obsessed with Voltron, but he's way too little for the Lego Voltron set, so these minifigs were a fun compromise—that is, until they started bending and breaking, and paint is smudging off. I know these are "Lego compatible" knock-offs, but for the price I paid I would have expected that they'd be of comparable quality to Lego minifigs. I gave these to my sons on 3/13. It is now 3/30, and the sword, shield, and head thingdanger are all either bent or broken. Naturally, my kids got over their disappointment pretty quickly and are happy to hodge-podge the surviving pieces with other minifig parts. They're excellent Lego surgeons.
