Great tool, great price
I really like this tool. I have been looking for a good fret crowning tool but most have been too expensive. I decided to try this less expensive one and I’m glad I did. Works perfectly for me and I like that it had all 3 widths on the same tool, less to keep up with.

Did the job. Fine for a small collection.
Good enough to soften the edges on 5 guitars with stainless steel jumbo frets. It was easy to use. It's been a while but I recall needing to figure out which side to use and the best way to hold/use it, but any new tool has a learning curve. I can't say how long it the teeth would hold up since I have no further need for it but it seems like I could probably do at least 5 more. I might gift the tool to a friend - right after I get a travel guitar which I've been thinking about first though. ; )

Great fret file!
Great fret file! I do my own guitar setups, (and also built from scratch) This file does a great job helping to obtain the perfect shape, level, and smoothness of the frets. Highly recommended!

Pretty descent.
It’s not a bad file, but it’s not great either. The teeth are kind of shallow and not especially sharp. It does work but I’m not banking on it lasting long. I will get a cheap diamond file when this wears out.

Size Matters.
Size Matters! I thought fret wise, JUMBO, Med. Jumbo and Standard, Wrong! Med. Jumbo maybe. Standard And very Small. This file will definitely do my Mandolin and Ukulele it is small. BE FOREWARNED !

It looks like the real thing but its not
Not that good. sorry but it was hard to use and has some chrome dipped in the file groves that clogs up the actual file from working or it could just be a bad batch I did use it on a few guitars it took a lot of working to do very little it's definitely not a diamond file that cost 10 times more

The files blunt because it had been machined then chromed. Also the file recess is uneven so the file edge is hitting the wood on the neck of the guitar. I wouldn't use it for fear of damaging a guitar. I throw it away, not worth the hassle sending it back. Amazon needs to check items they sell under there banner so customers don't have to deal with this crap and hassle of sending it back. Complete rubbish and unusable.
