This is a really nice book and a handy reference!Some puppy information in there but if you need more in depth tips on training you would need a more specific book but all in all its a really interesting book that you can keep referring to being breed specific. Glad I bought it!!👍😃

I just recently adopted Staffordshire Terrier. This booked helped me to understand how different each dog and each breed can be.This book made me realise that you have to treat each dog as individual.I would recommend this book to everyone who has Terrier and wants to give them best care.Because if dog is happy, it will make you happy.

Excellent book with great information for any Staffy owner, slightly repetitive but all round a lovely book to read esspecially because of the passion for the breed which is evident in every page.

An excellent book! Being an experienced Staff owner, I found this book to be useful for both novice and experienced handlers. Sound advice and beautiful pictures of Staffs also. You'll pick it up often. His love of the breed shines through on every page.

Easy and fun to read! This book gives the reader very good insight and information about what to prepare for and how to treat your staff. Also very nice pics! Good value!

Great book by Alec Waters, sadly no longer with us. This book is full of details about the breed lovely pictures a pleasure to read and an honour to have known Alec.

I own my first Staffordshire Bull Terrier and I found this book very helpful with the basics of the breed. It provides interesting information on the history of the breed, their misunderstood temperament and for those interested in "showing" the requirements to enter.
