I can't understand why these are no longer easy to find in pharmacies and big box retail stores. These are the only thing that truly help with Plantar Fasciitis - I could not recommend them more! There are also a heavier set sold by this company that are great too. These work well in women's shoes. Do not take up so much space that you need to loosen the strings on the shoes or wear thinner socks. They cup the heel and then give it cushioning from the pounding the poor tendon takes while it's trying to heal. The cupping seems to be part of the deal in that road to healing. I need to order another pair - so if I get plantar Fasciitis - I will be prepared. Like anything, these are like shoes - the longer you wear them - the more they wear out. It's just the law of rubber, I guess. :-)

So the silicon was so soft that one side of the pair broke. One time use for me

Pain relief is okk. Comfortable. Very soft. But durablity is very less. It wl teae within 3 4 days

It is comfortable. Reduces pain. When worn during long walks or standing for hours it reduces the chances of ankle pain. When worn after applying cream it heals cracked heals. Value for money

It's a very thin pad, so not effective cushions for your heels. It is very tight. Not useful if your looking for smooth pad for, heel pain reliever.

These heel cups are just one of the tools I've purchased for my battle against Plantar Fasciitis. While these won't cure PF, they will definitely make walking and running more comfy. I put them inside my socks if I'm going to be walking around the house "barefoot". If you use low-rise socks, they are easy to get inside and out of the socks. For even more comfort, check out the extra cushiony Tuli's Heel Cups. I have both styles. The regular heel cups fit a bit nicer in "dress" shoes, the extra thick heel cups work well with running shoes, boots, etc.

Material is not that gud . Feels very slimy n sticky by second day n a layer starts coming off with friction. If u want to use it only when ur in bed then buy it otherwise not much useful.

This was wrongly advertised as being for plantar fasciitis. But it is meant for cracked heels.Feel cheated. Dont buy. Its worthless....and worse they wont take it back!
