This product worked amazing on my nervous (HOT) barrel horse. he was levelheaded and still fired running the barrels. Warming him up was easier he stayed calm and was more relaxed and controllable. I have used different calming pastes, pellets and they didn't work. I used this at a 3-day barrel race and it worked great. I will continue used this product.

Worked for my hot blooded 10 year old gelding! Didn't work as well the second time but not sure if other factors contributed. Overall, a good product for dosing your horse for a more "chill" ride.

My mare has true anxiety and is very sensitive in some situations. The first time I used this was at our home farm, just riding in the small outdoor arena and a little around the small farm. I gave the stuff over an hour to work before I rode her. She was worse that day than she had been in months. She even spooked at a car which she's never done. She never spooks. After 30-45 min of riding, I gave up. I thought it was just a fluke, so I gave her some for a camping trip last week. She gets really anxious in new situations with new horses and in a group with strange horses--especially if the horses are "Squirrely" and spicy. She is not spicy normally, but will ramp up if a horse near her is having issues. Well, I gave this stuff a full 2 hours to work before I tried to ride her. She was like a demon, or possessed by one. She bolted, she pivoted, she wouldn't let the horse ahead get more than 5 steps ahead, she was taking off--head in the air so I had no control, it was a nightmare. I had to bail after 10 minutes and walk back. I swear she was worse with this stuff in her. At minimum it did nothing at all. And it might have made her worse. I will not be using it again.

Although this product did not work for my horse, and the gel was quite runny, so was difficult to use. The company did refund my purchase and I appreciate it. That’s good service
