Lack of service center...
For a long period of time using platronics bluetooth...Like m70, discovery 975, explorer 110 etc. But after a long period usage(7-8 years) I found that product needs repair but has no service center even in capital cities moreover such expensive bluetooth sometimes stops working suddenly after the span of 1 to 2 years. Only they have warranty cover centers in major cities during 1 year warranty period...Company should do the needful at their earliest.
