I watched Kosmo use this on his youtube page and wanted to try it. I don't think I'll ever cook a brisket or chuck roast without using this stuff. Every time I use this when I make either of those roasts I get nothing but compliments from my family and friends. This stuff is amazing and definitely worth using on your next brisket or chuck roast.

In the bottle, the smell is misleading as it smells like regular BBQ sauce.But! When brushed or mopped over "cooking" meat, you get a sweetly savory aroma that is so much better. And when done the flavor is... Incredible!

I have come to use it not just as a mop, but also a wet rub along with dry rubs as well as a part of various marinades. So its more than a mop in that sense and very versatile. Try it!
