Incredible product - used to cut stone coated steel shingles!
I was concerned about the longevity of this blade specifically because of one of the negative reviews I read stating that you only will get 1 good cut. Fortunately, I read many more that said it is a great blade and so I took a chance. The price is incredibly reasonable for a 10" steel cutting blade and I have used it to cut ceramic stone coated steel shingles for a 2,800 sf roof. My biggest fear was that the teeth might grab on the shingles and cause a disaster while cutting - unfounded fear, not even close to happening. My biggest concern was that the ceramic stone coating on the shingles would wear and dull the blade in short order - unfounded concern, it's as if the coating doesn't even exist (though I will say that I only cut the shingles upside down to lessen the blade's exposure to the stone coating). That blade cut through EVERY shingle I had to cut like butter (overused term, but it's true) and there were a lot of them. It's a mixed hip & gable roof with lots of 45 degree cuts for the hips and valleys. The blade is as sharp now as it was when I started the job. Since it cuts so easily and quickly, there is very little heat buildup like there is when using an abrasive cutoff wheel. I just used it on an inexpensive 10" sliding miter saw (nothing special) and it did the job with flying colors. Would definitely buy it again and in fact, I am going to buy a backup soon just for the heck of it. It's that good, and it's that inexpensive!

Very Impressed - Update: Changed my mind.
I have a table saw that I cut 1/4 inch plexiglass on and also aluminum. Over the years I have used normal carbide wood blades which do a so so job. Otherwise I prefer Diablo blades. This blade says it will cut steel. I will find out down the road. This blade has a very thin kerf. Upon installing it, I needed to cut some 1/4 inch aluminum. This blade went thru it as easily as it would have cold butter. I'm very impressed. Update: This is suppose to cut steel. I tried it on some 1/16" sheeting. The blade was dull in less than 24 inches. It was so dull that it melted its way thru plexiglass instead of cutting it. The teeth look good to the naked eye - but it will not cut. I will never use anything but Diablo again.

Cuts amazing new
I built a 10x16 shelter for my Shetland sheep with the roof and upper half of the walls being good quality sheet metal. After using a cutting wheel on my grinder to cut the metal for my pole barn, I investigated alternate options which lead me to this saw blade. Brand new it worked amazing, going through the steel like butter. After about 15 panels it became much more difficult to get across the panels. For thinner metal it would certainly last longer but I'm very happy with the cut quality and ease of using a circular saw versus a grinder.

Great product
Over the years, I have tried many blades for cutting metal rood panels. This blade gives accurate cuts thru metal roof panels as if it were plywood. Worth every penny and I would highly recommend.

Avoid this blade!
one cut... like many others, this blade was good for one cut, then it was dull. 3rd 4th cuts heated up the metal a lot and it took forever in thin tubing. I'll see if i can return it...

Works great
I had some corrugated steel roofing to cut. I tried a circ saw blade turned backwards and an angle grinder. The saw blade was loud as h e double LL but did a fair job. The angle grinder was almost impossible to control. I got this blade and it goes through the roofing smooth as glass and not nearly as loud. I also tried a jig saw with a metal cutting blade which did a good job. I had put ear plugs in my ears by this time so I really don't know how loud it was. WEAR safety glasses. Wear two pair if you have them and can put them on. The metal shavings fly everywhere. I assume so does sawdust but being so light in weight it, you don't feel it. The shavings are also hot.

Opt for the "Industrial" version
Not the company's best offering. I returned this "Professional" blade , spent the extra few bucks and went with their "Industrial" version. Best decision ever and couldn't be happier.
