Would tea or tonic water work as an alternative to infuse?

For a delicious mocktail try infusing lemonade or tea and then use the infusion paired with ginger ale or tonic water and a squeeze of citrus.

Do you refrigerate the infusion once you strain it?

I did, just because I like a shot of it cold.

Is this filled with real rocks, or is it salt and sugar that look like rocks?

The ingredients in our infusion blends are all-natural food ingredients. Spices, botanicals, and infused sugar. Just add your favorite spirit and let the ingredients steep to create a naturally-flavored spirit to use in cocktails.

Is this a one time use thing? Can you reuse it?

This can be reused a second time before you need to buy an infusion pack the company sells. It just tells you to add some sugar on the second go. So this one container makes 4 cups of infused liquor. My second batch wasn't nearly as strong though. For some odd reason I cannot find the infusion packs on Amazon and have to go directly to their site.
