Great product with lacking customer support.
Seems to be a good product that I will enjoy using. However, in the description it was stated that the welding hood came with quick-lok mounting cups. However the mounting cups were not included in the package with the hood. I tried to get some customer support for the missing parts, but I was redirected to the manufacturer website where I had to navigate to a form that appeared to be more focused on new buyers rather than Amazon help requests. I decided not to fill out a ticket there, because I should not have to be redirected off Amazon in order to get help with my Amazon orders. I do like the hood, so I'll be keeping it instead of returning it. But I didn't find it worth my time to open up a ticket that I wasn't sure was even going to the right place.Honeywell makes great products, but they were slacking on fulfillment and customer service this time around.

Doesn’t break
Have had this same helmet and only has one small crack in it but I’ve dropped 150ft and it still in one peice

The pens not work
Ordered a new hood for work get it there and get ready just to realize the pen is bent so if I flip up the lens it falls out
