You can have your cake!
These are amazing. Real cake. The flavor is awesome and the texture is not gritty like so many low carb/keto products I have tried. This is an absolute game changer for me!

Pleasantly surprised
My husband loves baked goods, but after he was diagnosed with diabetes, baked goods became off-limits. We bought this mixture to try to bake a cake for his birthday. The cake turned out (don't be scared when the batter looks wetter than you expect), the birthday man liked it, and most importantly, it did not harm his health.

YUCK!!!
I’ve never written a bad review before but this one needs to be said. Save your money and your taste buds.Initially, I was excited to try this cake mix after seeing it on social media and coming across some dessert inspirations created with it. After wasting (yes, wasting) $26+ on TWO mixes, my tiny cake mix packages arrived and I was genuinely excited to give them a shot despite the disappointing price point/serving value.First I tried the yellow cake mix - seriouslyyyy not sure what the hype was about. It tasted like coconut and left the nastiest aftertaste in my mouth, to the point that I decided to toss it out and take the loss on my purchase. I even went back to Amazon to see if I could return the other flavor mix I had purchased since it was THAT bad, but the seller doesn’t allow returns on this item (🤔).Fast forward a few days and I decided to give the chocolate mix a shot since I was stuck with it anyways. As you can tell from the pictures - another hot mess! I followed the recipe as per the instructions, scooped them into the cupcake liners, popped them in the oven according to the baking directions - only to pull out the disaster of those nasty little things not even rising !!! With that fail, I decided to put the remaining batter in a greased, non-stick donut pan - again, sunken and this time STUCK TO THE PAN !? I had no words. I tried scraping it out and at least giving the flavor a try - (yuuuck!) another dumpster dessert. With such a nasty experience, I decided to reach out to the owner via social media with the images and at least ask her if we were supposed to add a baking agent in addition to the other ingredients and sent her images of the fail. As a baker/business owner myself with 9+ years of experience, I kept my fingers crossed that she’d do the ethical thing and possibly send me a different mix to try out or offer me a refund (or ANYTHING that would show her genuine concern for her product fail/clientele appreciation) as a business owner normally does when a customer is unsatisfied. Her response? “If you could email us at (her email) and provide your order number from this past order, we will be happy to send over a coupon for 30% off your next purchase !” - Ummm...DO YOU REALLY THINK I’M GOING TO PURCHASE THIS MESS AGAIN ?!Overall, this company’s cakes and morals are both gross. Save yourself the trouble and look up a Keto cake recipe online or google (or other Keto friendly blogger posts)!

Made cupcakes but I didn’t realize the bottom wasn’t completely done until I frosted them. They have an ok taste

It's not good and it's very gooey
Oh it tasted like garbage and I've been on keto for a year. Stick with Pillsbury sugar free frosting on a flaxseed "muffin"

It’s not bad
Hmmm it’s ok, what I like the most is the amount of carbs.. But the texture of the bread is just not my favorite, it’s a bit sandy, but the flavor is ok
