Very Sharp, and Larger than Expected. Great Knife!
I spent quite a few years working in commercial kitchens, and this knife is like the ones I used there, but better in every way. It's very sharp and I can tell it will be very durable in the long term.Buyers should be aware that the *blade* is 10", not the overall knife. It's a very long knife, and useful for trimming large vegetables or cuts of meat.Shortly after I got this knife, I mishandled it and cut my thumb down to the bone, so I can only give it one thumbs up, but definitely 5 stars! I would recommend purchasing some blade guards for this and Winco's other knives. I've replaced my entire knife set with Wincos and I couldn't be happier with how they perform.Check out Winco's other kitchen gear, too. They make great cutting boards and non-stick pans at very reasonable prices. No, I'm not a Winco salesman. I just own a lot of their products and all of them have been great to me.

Be carful, sharp and intimidating.
Really sharp and comfortable. Handled big jobs well. Process food faster than my 8” knife.

Very Handy Knife
I used to work at chipotle kitchen. They used this brand and that’s place was where I first learned how to cut properly. This knife so far provides the best rocking movement.

Great value
This knife for the price paid is an absolute steal. I love the feel and it sharpens easily. It does the job like a more expensive knife but without the crazy cost. I am ordering another one to replace a more expensive knife that I now wish I hadn’t bought. It holds up amazingly well through many dishwasher loads. Highly recommend!

I buy everything I need from Winco, the best bang for the buck. Quality knife that holds its edge and comes sharp out of the box for under $20.

My daily knife which replaced an older of the exact same after 12 years of abuse
People think professional chefs use expensive knives, and some do. But this is a go-to knife in most kitchens and can handle daily use. Like any blade, you need to keep it straight. The steel rod is not to sharpen - it's to straighten. Stones sharpen. This only needs a few passes on the rod daily to keep its edge perfect.
