Heater Sports Power Alley Lite 360 Baseball Machine & Home Run Cage 12 Ft. Cage Package

My entire family uses this machine. We purchased this for my 7 year old and his hitting has improved tremendously. I have no issues with the machine being uneven or wobbly. It is include stakes to put in the ground( we haven't needed to use them). The net is an ok side, I wish i would have purchased a long one. Set up was quick and easy. My husband and i built it in less than 15 minute.. if we were taller it may have taken less time. Great buy for the price.

This is the single WORST product experience I think I have ever had. The instructions seem simple - measure, layout the stakes, put in the posts, slide net over - stake to the ground. DONE. Ummmmm NO. The poles cave in, and the net is impossible to get in the exact right position to "slide over" the poles - all while it sticks to everything, gets tangled. The net is relatively HEAVY which weights down the poles even MORE. It took me HOURS of trying to figure it out before I finally gave up.The ONLY WAY this will work to install is if you have probably 6 people all at the same time simultaneously guiding the net over the poles while someone else pulls back the poles and stakes it down - oh and everyone needs to be 12' tall and/or on a ladder to even make that feasible - because the poles go up 10' in the air - so not sure how you SLIDE a huge tangled heavy 10' long net over 10' in the air poles - when you are on the ground. It's not feasible.HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Net tangles, grips on everything, and rips 2 seconds into doing anything. I tripped on a side trying to stake it down, and the net ripped - adding to the HORRIBLE experience.Then when I tried to return it - I was told to check youtube for instructions - because it was outside of the return window - EVENTHOUGH on the box it says '1 year warranty'. I bought it for a CHRISTMAS present - and I guess that means I'm screwed because I can't put a baseball batting cage outdoors in the middle of winter before the return window expires.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLY MADE PRODUCT. I hope this save someone the horrible experience that I had - save your money.

The machine is OK but the net broke less then a two weeks since we got it, so now we can't really use it, because balls start flying in to our neighbors yard.

Great product and an awesome value. We love it. My son is 7 and it is perfect

Overall it was pretty easy to set up, however after 2 month of moderate use the net started to burst and rip creating holes.

Got it for christmas past the return time and it is so loud it sounds like your running a tornado in your back yard, cheaply made and not really useful. Save and spend more money.
