I bought this as a birthday's gift for my boyfriend who lives in USA, so I haven't seen the watch personally but he said he really loved it. I asked his opinion and he told me that it is a little small but very cute . As you see in the pictures, the watch has a kind of plastic protector on our pic and on both external covers. He didn't remove the protectors when he sent me the pictures. That is the reason you will see a strange plastic around the watch.I read some comments that the pic has not quality, but my boyfriend said the quality is fine. I think, it depends of the quality of the picture you send. This gift arrived on time (earlier than I expected). The seller was very kind when I asked some questions. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Don’t waste your money you could make this yourself at home and it would come out better. They printed a photo used regular scissors cut the photo out poorly and glued it onto a cheap watch. They didn’t even put anything over the photo to project it. I can put my finger behind the picture I could easily peal the photo right off. It’s horrible. I asked for a refund and I’d send it back and they offered $15 dollars back but said there was nothing wrong with the item if this is what they considered a good product it’s laughable. Could have made this myself and it would have come out better.

It was a nice pocket watch but I thought it would be better than others I previously ordered from somewhere else but they were better than this one as far as the picture goes.

I'm really impressed with this purchase. It came in really good, secure, and beautiful packaging. The item itself was exactly what I was hoping for, even the picture turned out really well even though I didn't have the best quality photo on my end when I sent it in. Appears to be of really high quality. They did really well and even included a cute little side gift. Very happy with this purchase!

I wouldn't have bothered to order this and wait so long for it to come in if I had known that they were going to simply cut out a photo and paste it on the inside- not very well- and with nothing protecting the photo so the photo (already damaged on arrival anyhow) will get ruined pretty quickly.. Before ordering, I recommend looking into get an engraved watch for cheaper and then do the photo yourself.

Bought this for my boyfriend as a gift from his father. It’s got a picture of him and his dad on the inside of it, one of the last pictures he got to take of them two together before his dad passed away this year. He loved it! & Keeps it on him wherever he goes. It really ended up being perfect.

When I received it and opened the watch the picture fell out of the circle area, I would expect the picture to of been sealed in better but maybe that’s because of the heat. So far everything else is good, the chain isn’t that sturdy but hopefully it will last.

I was worried because i was uncomfortable with the photo placer, but it turned out exactly how i wanted it! Exactly what i hoped for
