Huge time saver
The media could not be loaded. This thing works quite good and for me it didn't damage the paint. What's remaining could be buff out but I'm repainting so in my case it will be sanded off. Couple hints. A cordless drill will work but will take longer than using a higher speed corded drill. It helps a lot to cut the decal off you can put pressure on the wheel. The more pressure, the faster the decal comes off. If you randomly attack the decal it will leave more of a mess to clean. But if you do it in such a way (see video) that the debris is thrown in front of the wheel helps to reduce the mess a little. The 6" wide decal on my truck starts at the front of the front fender then goes completely down the extended cab and the 8' bed and across the tail gate then back up the other side. I'm not sure one of these will do all that as I've gotten the box and tail gate done and the wheel is considerably worn. It may not finish the cab. If not I will not hesitate to buy another to finish the job.

Works great! No more blisters on my hands.

Pretty good
Works pretty good. Nothing amazing though. Probably better off with just adhesive remover and a plastic razor blade.

Works like expected, does take time, but removed almost 40 year old vinyl with no damage to paint
We decided to repaint our 1983 tent trailer, and my biggest fear was removing the old decals, I had tried heating them up, but they would just tear, and leave adhesive and parts behind. I installed this on my drill and started working from one side and it took it off easily, without even damaging the 37-year-old paint!! After we had it done you could see shadowing from the faded paint and the original paint under the decals. It is time consuming process, and we ended going through 2 full wheels and starting on a 3rd to do the whole trailer. The trailer did have decals and striping on both sides and the back. So, it does eat through the wheels and leaves a ton of rubber/vinyl/adhesive dust, but it leaves the painted surface clean and does not damage the paint. We also purchased the "heavy duty" version of this wheel it has the slotting on it, but it seemed to deteriorate faster, and took more time to peel/eat away the vinyl.I did not take many pictures beforehand, but I cropped one from a camping to showing the side decals, and then the current repainted trailer, so you can see what we were working with.

Works perfectly to get those old stickers or marks off
Works perfectly to get those old stickers or marks off the paint. I should have picked on up years ago.

Ok for regular tape residue removal, not much else.
Didn't quite work as well as I hoped. It really just kept moving the residue instead of removing it! To be fair, I was using it on some extremely sticky residue. On regular tape residue or something average, I'm sure it works just fine but if you're trying to remove anything that is very thick or really sticky, find a better alternative! It also puts off a lot of yellow dust so make sure there isn't anything near by that the dust can stick to, otherwise you'll have fun trying to get rid of the yellow dust!

Works to remove the stripes off of my Toyota without removing the base paint
This is the coolest tool. I used it to remove the stripes off of the bed, doors and hood of my 80's Toyota. I had previously tried different chemicals, sticker removers, sand paper, Dremel... You name it, I tried it. This was the ONLY thing that removed those factory stripes off of my truck WITHOUT removing the base paint. I will tell you it's not for the faint of heart as this was VERY time consuming but if you're looking to remove stickers, decals, pinstripping factory or not this tool will do it without scratching or marring your paint. Highly recommend.
