Great product so far
Just received the shipment yesterday, loved the delivery time. These came highly recommended from a friend, whose wife has been taking them for quite a while. I thought I'd give it try also. It's too early to tell if these will work for me, but based on my friends recommendation, I'm sure they will help me. I'll update this as soon as I notice as improvement in my cognitive health.....Update - 10/23/2025 I like these! My cognitive health has improved, I'm sleeping better and my mood is much better. I definitely recommend these.

I have taken this product for about two week, about two hours before my bed time. It has helped me with not having to get up as often to use the bathroom. Now it's only once a night getting up. My sleep is longer and grateful for that.

Realmente su uso me afectado en que me he sentido muy bien , empezaba a no recordar cosas, y con este magnesio me ha servido para eso , hasta para dormir como bebé, antes no tenia ni sueños ahora, sueño y cosas agradables, en el ejercicio que hago todos los días me da el puch que requiero para levantamiento de pesas !! 100 % recomendable para personas como yo de más de 60 años !
