works as advertised. Easily placed on the camera.

Fits NikonCoolPix1000. Did remove band on bottom of hood to attach it.

This ring keeps popping off of camera, super annoying. I used it with Nikon p1000. It doesn't seem to fit right in the threads and drops off when moving camera around.

It is not a quick twist and lock, you have to screw it into the camera and it does take time to put it on and take it off. Not too happy with my purchase, I thin the description is not accurate.

I was upset when my original lens cover blew into the lake and this was the exact replacement. I feel good taking photos again.

I bought this for my coolpix p1000. The product was marked 77mm, but it did not fit. I'm very disappointed because it looks like it was really made well, at a great price.

I needed bayonet style...didn't no this was threaded...as much as i take off and on the plastic threads would wear down fast...plus peddles to long for me ...need shorter ones...all in all nothing wrong with product...would not work for me...very fast shippment....
