Flabbergasted
My precious wife found 2 really wonderful pipes at a garage sale and bargained down to $5 for both! That made 3 nice pipes and several... Not nice ones in my collection. And then most of them were stolen (don't leave luggage in car on roadside...) Funny thing is, there is one pipe that I'm glad I didn't lose - A $3 hardwood pipe by Missouri meerschaum that I got as my first pipe. Regardless of the quality of all my other pipes this thing somehow smokes just as nice as the rest or better. That being my experience, and my budget being what it was, I decided to try and replace my precious pipes with one single corn cob pipe. What more can I say? It has accomplished it with flying colors. I just love the way the pipe feels, I love that I can set it down and it will balance, I love the price, I love that it was made in America, I love that its corn cob and sort of trendy and fun and old school, and I love love love the way it smokes. I smoked one other pipe that I like smoking as well as this. And I didn't even on that one! So that makes this my favorite type and I have recommended to my friends highly already. My sense of style has changed a bit since I started the pipe smoking thing about 3 years ago periods I think I would have not like the orange stem at first, but it's a nice dense plastic the feels good on finger and lip. I trimmed it easily to make smooth - worth it when the savings were dramatically in my favor. Now I'm not worried to bring my favorite pipe back packing, on vacation, even loaning it!! ! (I'm not even worried about loaning it people! $10 is such a deal!) Does any pipe smoker have any business not only in one of these? I feel they're simply obligatory. Read the reviews by the pipe and just see how much you love it. There are so many styles and looks and it all a great quality at a great price made in America by the same people have been making them for the last eon or so. It's a best case scenario by far

A steal at any price! What a pipe!
The same quality product as it was 40 years ago when I swiped one of my dad's to take fishing (to keep away the bugs, you see). As a pipe smoker myself for 30 years, I was exclusively a briar smoker. Not anymore. This MM smokes so cool, right to the bottom, light as a feather and dry as a bone. No ghosting if you're a variety smoker, like myself. I personally believe the whole break-in fuss to be a myth, this pipe is no exception. Burns loosel packs as dry & cool as tight packs. And the price is a steal. Plus, 150+ years of made in America tradition in each bowl. Do yourself a favor & buy one.

Good Classic Cob Pipe!
I have about 10 pipes I rotate with in all kinds of brands, price ranges, and styles. When I decided to get a corncob pipe, I did a lot of looking at different classic cob pipes because there seemed to be a lot of bad craftsmanship but this one stands up. I will sometimes keep a few on hand to give away if I'm with others who want to try pipes instead of their typical cigars. The price is right and it's made well. It can be more difficult to clean than a more produced wooden versions but that's just because it's a corncob pipe with the stem made like it traditionally has been made. It's a different product. All in all, if you're looking for a traditional pipe experience with a traditionally made pipe, this is for you!

OK for a cheap pipe.
Bottom line: It's a cheap pipe that smokes decently well, and has held up well over the past six months. I would not use this as a primary pipe for a variety of reasons listed below, but as a backup, it is acceptable for the cheap price. Here are my complaints -Without a filter, the airhole in the shank is, in my opinion, too large. A normal draw brings in a large amount of smoke that is way too much. This makes the filter almost a necessity, unless you practice very light puffs -The mouthpiece is made of a pretty cheap plastic. I've deformed it just by biting on it, something I've never done before on another pipe. I believe I will destroy the mouthpiece if I continue smoking this pipe semi regularly. -Where the mouthpiece mounts to the shank splintered the first time I removed it, and I had to sand it down a while before it would seat properly again -You can't clean the interior of the pipe, since the corncob is relatively fragile it will just chunk off if you use a tool like you would on a briar pipe. Not necessarily a knock against this particular pipe, just something I hadn't considered before purchasing.

This corn cob pipe is a corn cob pipe. As I purchased a corn cob pipe, and a corn cob pipe was what I had intended to purchase, I was happy to receive a corn cob pipe as a result of making this purchase.

Too much airflow, filter doesn’t filter much. Prepare to keep getting little bits coming through

Nice Pipe

I received the product on 12th February 2026. It's as good as the previous one. Only the packing needs to be improved as both pipes are chipped. This is transportation damage
