At first I thought the phone was damaged and was going to return it - so initially disappointed. BUT... all it needed was a new SIM card.Lovely red colour. Works perfectly and easy to use.Looks more expensive than it was!!Very happy👍

This arrived well packaged & promptly. Very pleased with this little phone. Unfortunately it arrived without a docking device. I contacted seller & sent photos of packaging. They then sent me a docking device promptly. Relieved as this was for my mother who has difficulty with her hands. Thank you.

For anybody who just wants to make telephone calls and have something light and small to put in their pocket, this is ideal. It also looks good and the battery lasts for ages.

This was bought for my elderly mum and she loves it. Its easy to use was very easy to set up and the cradle to keep it in makes sure its always to hand and not put somewhere obscure.

Maybe I’m mistaken but it was not clear when I purchased this phone that it wasn’t new. Also it wasn’t complete, it was missing the charger stand which i really wanted. Again it wasn’t clear when purchasing. However the return seemed easy to organise

good phone for older people to use

I regularly purchased the Big Button Flip phone for my brother who had dexterity problems with his hands etc - the phone is very simple to use and is easily placed in the charging station.

Bought for someone with eyesight problems and the big buttons were fine. But the screen highlighted as white on pale blue which for the recipient meant it was virtually unreadable. Could not find any way to change the default display and in the process discovered that any changes to other settings I made were ignored even after saving them. So returned it for a refund.
