Decent inexpensive fan but doesn't move a lot of air
Its a decent little 4" fan that seems to work fine and doesn't make a ton of noise. However, it doesn't move much air, just be warned. I bought it to cool a 4 foot x 4 foot closet that contains my 125k BTU combi boiler for hot water and heating in my house. It brings in outside air directly through an outside wall and even when its 20 degrees outside it still can't even keep the closet at 70 degrees. And thats a 4x4 foot closet. It just doesn't move enough air.

Solid, inexpensive in line fan that isn’t noisy.
This fan appears to work reasonably well, though I do not have a flow rate meter to test the cfm rating. What I did notice was that I didn’t need the speed controller I bought with it as a result of the top speed being as quiet as it was. I mounted it near the outflow from the secondary lint trap only a few feet from the drier and wired it so that it I only turned on when the drier was on. It was quiet enough that it was almost impossible to hear the fan above the noise from the drier. I was very pleased with this. As t seems that for these types of fans, they are either cheap and very noisy, or quiet and very expensive. I am looking to move my drier outside vent to a better more distant location and if I do, I’ll need another fan and will happily buy more of these.

Fan
Great fan , we have wood stove heat, this fan circulates heat through our duct work

It's a vent fan. It does that.
I needed something more in the open. It's too loud for that. I found a voltage regulator that took it down half speed. It turned out okay. But it might have been nice to have the speed built in. Noise is the only thing I'll complain about. Stuff it away in the attic and you might never her it.

Solid Reliable and Noisy
It may sound noisy and rickety but it has been solid and reliable for me. The flow rate isn't the greatest but if it works for you and you don't mind some noise it's really a good performer. I recommend it.

Fast, and no issues.
Purchased for ventilation in cat litter box area. Arrived in less than 24 hours, clean and neatly packaged. Not super powerful, but enough to ventilate a small bathroom quietly. Plastic was not deformed, and had no odor. Will update if any issues, but as of now, happy with purchase.

Moves less air than a 30mm PC fan
This "fan" doesn't move any air. When attached to a 10 foot duct, I couldn't measure its output with a wind speed meter, it must be less than 5 mph. For reference a real 8" ducted fan can put out 25mph on an 8 inch duct, 4 times the area. on the output of a duct, blowing the output on hand you wont feel anything, you have to point the output at your eyes to feel it. The fan also extends outside the housing a little, if you test it on the bench the moving parts are exposed and run in to things.

Not enough flow/power
Seemed to be made of quality material, was not loud, but could not feel any air through the end of a very short run.
