As I have aged (I am nearly 50), my knees have taken a battering over the years from various forms of exercise - powerlifting, boxing, running etc. In recent years, during squats, my knees have been painful to the point that I didn't relish the thought of going to the gym. I tried some single ply knee sleeves which helped a little. However, the pain persisted, especially as the weight increased. These double-ply sleeves are made of stronger material and offer a great deal of support. I've been wearing them for squat workouts for a few weeks and have felt no pain in the knees. As a result, I am more confident when performing the exercise which has led to improvements in my strength. Furthermore, they are comfortable to wear. Unlike knee wraps that restrict movement in the joint when walking around, these sleeves allow you to flex the knee joint while resting without hindering blood circulation. Don't expect these sleeves to add pounds to your squat through their support - that's not what they are intended for. However, they provide the support required to reduce pain in overused knees giving you the confidence to push a little harder.

As soon as I opened itthe label fell out, the stitching on the size labelling was either worn through use or badly done, will see how long the rest of the product holds up then revisit my review

Prodotto stupendo. Prendete bene le misure della circonferenza del ginocchio perchè vestono strette. Le uso nei giorni di squat e stacco pesante, non c’è che dire, utilissime davvero. Fatte bene, sorreggono e danno sicurezza. Consiglio vivamente, ottimo prodotto.
