Short answer is, "I have no way of definitively answering those questions. Here's a slightly more detailed answer. BTW -- Beware....When I thought that LDB might be effective, I ordered $700 worth. Sadly, Customs intercepted the shipment and sent the stuff back to Thailand. As far as I know, that $700 is gone. At 300+ lbs, after taking DHEA for about 2+ years, I noticed significant breast development. How much, I don't know -- I never measured. At that point, I decided that I liked having them and would like bigger ones (so long as I could hide them). So, I started taking massive doses of several OTC "estrogens": LDB, DHEA, Breast Maxx, Ovary plus,... After at least 6 months, I now fill a B-cup bra. The development was very slow/expensive, at best.

Is this item shipped from overseas? If so will it be a problem with customs? If so can i get my money back?

US Customs intercepted my $700 shipment. I was unable to satisfy their requirements. So, Customs sent the $$$ back to Thailand. So far as I know, I'm out $700.
