A game changer for me!
I am a right handed golfer 85 years old and I had 2 knuckles removed from my left hand 2 years ago, index and middle finger. I cannot use those fingers on the club. Regular driver was too much to control so I tried the Idriver 1. Hit the ball about as far as it did with my regular driver. I have much less strain on the small finger and ring finger. Is it worth the purchase? For me that is solid YES! I play with comfort 4 times a week. Thanks Idrive. Howard

Driver Replacement
This is a 13* hybrid club with a senior graphite shaft and arthritic grip. I am an old golfer, I want to carry fewer lighter clubs. My set includes this driving iron, 8 cavity back irons, and a putter. I have only hit this on the driving range and this is my take on the club. It's easy to swing. I expect it will give 180-200 yards from the tee. Well within me age expectations. I can get good consistency using a tee. Hitting it off the turf, not so much. My 4 iron was far superior. Since I'm using the shorter tees, it is good for me. This club built for the senior golfer is very good build. I'm not a big fan of oversized drivers, hoping I'll be happy through this summers golf season

Rough edges
Does not perform as advertised. Basically an average (or below average) hybrid club which does not hit higher or longer than similar hybrids. Not a suitable replacement for your driver. This club is more likely to put you somewhere off the fairway...by the water hazard or in the rough

With the triple temperature, not played golf with it but seems to be okay.
Due to extreme hot weather, I have not been able to play golf these days. Hit some balls at the driving range and it seems to be okay.

Not so great club
The problem with this club for seniors is that the shaft is to stiff, should be a lighter weight, should be under45 grams for seniors

This is NOT a substitute for a real driver
First and worst is the sweet spot must be the size of a pea. Between driving range, and course play, I've probably hit it 100 times, and have not once felt like I hit it pure. I haven't even wasted time checking yardage, but I'm sure I never hit it over 160 yards.

Driving
Takes a little time to get the feeling teeing off so low to the ground, also using it as a fairway wood if I have a good lie. Don’t like the grip, feels hard with ridges. Good club otherwise.

Does not drive as far as my previous driver.
I like the club for fairway shots, but not as a driver. I get about 20 yards more out of my current driver. I wanted to take the driver out of my bag.
