I take this as a supplement to my existing diet .good supplement gives me reassurance that something is helping my arthritic knees and back.so far so good take it from a truck driver who unloads and loads freight on docks sometimes by hand its good to know i can take this with my oatmeal and 2 eggs in the morning and cup cranberry or coffee and then go to work to Feel more reassured that i can stack 100 pound rolls of fabric on to pallets and its just a supplement to supplement your joints needs a lil further is better than nothing and it’s definitely worth taking this product with some faith also.my joints feel lil better is all i can say.

I am not sure yet.’item was received on Tuesday, have taken 3 doses already and jus noticed I am gassy. (Sorry) I don’t like you have to take 6 capsules but excited to see the results in a month time

This product has really helped me in every way they have said it would. Joint pain is pretty much taken care of since I’m on my feet 12hrs a day four to five days a week at work. Hair is healthier skin looks great and no stomach issues as well. No weight loss to really speak of but all and all I feel a hundred percent better since taking this product.
