Good Clipboard Case
Great and lightweight. I've put this thing through hell in the last 2 weeks and it's held up great. Dents are difficult to get, but didn't ruin it's functionality and the HCl acid doesn't corrode it either. I wish it had an exterior clip as well as the interior. It'd be perfect with that. But I've just been using a magnet on either side of the aluminum to hold my papers in place. I already broke a "heavy duty" plastic one, and this aluminum one lives on. Definitely recommend.

Just like it used to be...Perfect
This clipboard is exactly like the one my dad used in the Air Force, that he gave to me. Must be 50 y/o now, and is fine shape. The one I bought is for my 21 y/o son who tried to "borrow" mine as he starts his professional life. These boxes store documents so they don't get damaged, and the box is great for writing on. You can use the inside clipboard if it's windy. Nice to see some things don't change,

Best clipboard on the market!
For a light weight clipboard this thing is durabile as hell. I work as a construction Superintendent so my clipboards need to be able to take a beating. I use the document storage area for drawings and blank/filled out JSA's (Job Safety Analysis).This is the second one I have owned, the first one was given to me by my mentor 15 years ago. The only reason that I had to purchase a new ones is because I misplaced the old one.

Good not Great
This is a good aluminum clipboard binder that could be better. It's made a bit thinner than the old days. Not as smoothed or finished as the old ones. It will work but it makes me wish I could find the one my Dad had. Worth the money spent for an average quality build.

Very handy unit
I bought this item for a very specific use. It works well for my use. The unit is some what thin and I fear it will dent easily. That said so far its holding up fine. Ill let you know in a month. I would and have recommended this to a friend. He is happy with his as well.

Great!
Lightweight, well designed. Doesn't click shut (but description does make that clear). The flip up inside metal sheet which hinges on the bottom, on the right, and which when flipped up covers most of the right-hand clipboard area, is designed I think for carbon-copy forms so that you only write on one and any other papers underneath are protected. I love the left-side box with flip-open brace across the middle. Good size too.
