I just received this today and really like it. Let me start with the pros. First, it came well packaged and completely assembled. Literally all I had to do was remove the packaging and plug it in. Second, I weigh 330 lbs and for a large man this fits and supports me well. My arms don’t fit in the arm air bag slots when I’m sitting in it, but nothing’s perfect. The fact that I can sit in it and be comfortable at all is a good deal in my book.As far as cons, the head comfort leaves something to be desired. It does come with an adjustable “pillow” but it’s basically just some padded leather that’s adjustable. I had to grab the head pillow from my computer chair and once I used that it was lovely. The only other con I would say is that in the pictures and video the “zero-g” mode looks super reclined. Like basically horizontal. It doesn’t feel that way though. It feels just more like a recliner. Not a major issue though.Six month update: I upgraded this from 4 to 5 stars for two reasons. First every single person that comes to my house and sits in it says they are buying one. Second, I hadn’t really had a “therapeutic” need for it until recently. I mainly just used it to relax once a week or so. But yesterday I strained my lower back. I did two 25 minute sessions on the thai setting with the heater enabled and felt amazing afterward. Unbelievable recovery. I love it now.

Wow this was an amazing chair for the first month that it worked. I contacted the support team right away and now for the last 4 months it's been them saying try this, try that. We will send you a part that still a over a month later has not shown up. Seriously very very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone since it is also seeming like the warranty is just a thing they say they offer and do not actually offer it.

I love the Real Relax Favor 5 Massage Chair. I looked at many different styles of massage chairs. This had the best features and value. The massage chair arrived within the time that the company had said. It was packaged nicely. I had to remove the arm to move it into the room. I did not know how to do this. I emailed my question to the company, and they responded that evening. However, I had found someone else's review that told me to unscrew the screw at the seat, then slip off the arm. It was simple and easy. I have used the massage chair every day. I love all of the features. Even though it is 15 minutes, I find that perfect, because if I want a longer massage, then I just click it to start again. The remote is great and fits nicely in a pocket at the the side of the arm. I like the six auto functions (relax, Thai, strong, stretch, Chinese, and waist). I have used all of them, it is hard to say which one is my favorite. I use the massage chair, right before I go to bed. It helps me relax and have a great sleep. I would highly recommend this chair.

As a highly skeptical massage chair person, I gave this a go at a friend's place. I found that it provided a good massage and I felt very loose after a session or two on the chair. At first, it feels a little rough but after a month of using this after work, I can now fall asleep in the chair. The speakers are not good but I found I would rather wear my airpods when using it. The remote is lacking and doesn't allow me to do the things I would like to do. I need my lower back (sciatic) worked over more but I can't seem to get the chair to just focus on on area. I like the chair and, at this price point, delivers what you would expect.

Product overall is good for the price. This is a great deal for what you get.Massage is decent with the SL track. Much better than the base model they sell, i own that one as well. The programmed features are decent, ideally it would allow you to customize your preferred massage routine and save it.Some CONs with this chair.Cant program chair to focus a target area that you want more time spent on. You could potentially press up and down on on the remote to focus the sl track rollers to particular area. But that means you have to constantly have your hand on the remote if it moves from where you want.The second problem is the free shipping. They told me it would arrive july 1st. NSD has a lack of customer support and therefore lack of communication. I ended up receiving the item a whole 22 days later from when they told me it would arrive. They need to work on their communication and providing a accurate date of arrival. Most people work and cant sit home all day everyday waiting for item to arrive.The third CON is the foot massage is subpar.

I've had the chair for a little over a month now, it's very relaxing and I've had no issues with it. I've had a few friends try it out and they've said it's the best thing I've ever bought. One buddy fell asleep getting a massage if that tells you anything. I use it every day after work and it helps my back feel better and my sciatica too. My favorite setting is the Relax setting, it does what it says, it relaxes you. Sometimes I'll pick and choose to do just the Neck or just the Waist option. So far, it's worth every penny I spent on it.
