These are the TRUTH !!!! They absolutely 100% are working exactly as described. They dry very fast. The color never scrubs off. They were uncomfortable in the very beginning because I've never used an item like this, but soon it didnt hurt and it was so satisfying to scrub my body with this! Especially my face. I had 4 so I kept one for my face, but im pretty sure these things dont hold alot of bacteria. I use the dr Brenner soap, plus I have antibacterial soaps to help keep them clean in case. I wish these came with little hook handles to hang in your shower. I also wish this brand sold very long exfoliating towels to scrub your back nicely ! I would buy them immediately !!!! This brand is amazing and trustworthy. I highly highly recommend. If these do not work for you, youre not scrubbing hard enough or you dont have alot of dirt. I dont have much on my arms at all, but alot on my front chest and stomach area. Its a mini baby workout but its amazing for your skin !!!! 100 stars!!

These things are awesome. Especially for the price. I used these on my body and face. It takes a couple minutes to soften the skin under hot/warm water in thee shower so just be patient with that- then they will start taking off the dead skin cells. I suffer from Keratosis Pilaris on my arms and my thighs. In the past, it would take me weeks of steady exfoliating every day in the shower with a whole routine just to get the bumps to go down. With these towels, the bumps are almost gone entirely with just one use. I will say, the surface of these towels is rather rough. Your skin is gonna feel raw and/or very sensitive after using these, so make sure you've got some sort of soothing lotion to use after your shower. They do shrink, but not to a point where I feel that it's a problem. No, they don't shrink so small that "only a child's hand can fit"- they shrink so that they just don't cover your adult hands entirely. That does not render them useless. They're not even harder to use, idk why some people are saying that makes them not worth it?? Now, I did use this on my face. I will say again- the material is VERY rough. You HAVE to be gentle when using this on your face. I applied hardly any pressure at all. If you have sensitive skin or acne prone skin, I don't even know if you would want to bring this near your face. It worked excellently, but again, it made my skin very sensitive afterwards. So approach your face with caution. TL;DR- Very rough material. Excellent for exfoliating your body. Wait a couple minutes in the shower to soften your skin first in hot/warm water and then use the towels. Be very careful if you choose to use this on your face. Use lotion/moisturizer afterwards. Absolutely worth the buy for how cheap these are. Got rid of my Keratosis Pilaris bumps after one use.

This product works better then I expected. This is the dead skin from one of my calfs. As you can see it does get the dead skin off. The size of the product is small. I will be taking these apart and sewing two together for a better fit on my hand. The way they are is more for little kids hands. This is the only reason for 4 stars. If it was larger it would definitely be a 5 star. If you have sensitive skin, this may not be for you. It is on the rough side, but for me it feels really good. After I'm done, my skin feels so much better. I use these once a week. I always feel like my skin can breathe better afterwards. I think it has a great price point. I just wish it was larger.

It does what it says it does. Seeing and feeling all the dead skin sloughing off is pretty gross, and my skin is beautifully soft afterwards. If you have very sensitive skin, test this out on your leg before going to town on the rest of your body. For me it feels satisfying, like scratching an itch I didn't know I had. The instructions are minimal so I did have to do a little research to make sure I was using them correctly. Just like any other scrubby exfoliator, using it every day will irritate your skin. It's easy to use in the shower or bath after your skin has had time to soak/soften, and it works best when both skin and towel are damp and not dripping wet. For maximum effectiveness, apply a good moisturizer while your skin is still a little damp. It'll appear to shrink a lot after washing, but it will stretch back out when you put your hand in. It's machine washable but it needs to be air dried. One of mine accidentally got mixed in with the regular laundry, and though it was still all in one piece afterward, my lint trap had a LOT of green powder in it that I assume is a result of the towel being exposed to harsh heat/tumbling.

I read about Italy towels online and how great they were for exfoliating and getting rid of dead skin. These were the recommended brand so I went ahead and ordered them. They arrived quickly enough. The actual towels aren't really towels but more like a mitt. You can use them with body wash or without, I didn't use any body wash or scrub with them and they worked just great. They are super exfoliating. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend because if you're not careful, these will scratch you up. I didn't get the dead skin peeling off from using them but they did leave my skin incredibly smooth and silky. I use them twice a week in the shower and my skin has never felt softer or looked better. However, these towels are tiny. I have very petite hands and when wet, these cover half of my hand. It makes it a little difficult to use them because you're constantly having to slip them back on. If you have elf hands, I think these would be great. Otherwise, I'm going to get a different brand once these wear down.

IT WORKS AMAZING! I have big hands and it still fits just right. It’s easy to use once you learn the proper way to do it. There’s no smell, and it removes dead skin so easily that you don’t need much strength or force at all. Anyone can use this.
