I just discovered that we need around 4500mg of potassium daily...which would be an insane amount of food to attain that amount naturally. I've increased my water intake over the last few years and recently got on the sea salt kick. Every summer I feel wiped out from the heat and sweating and seriously struggle through it. This year was extra difficult with the addition of the sea salt...until I found this. Literally from day one, my energy skyrocketed...to the point that I didn't sleep at all the first night lol!! I've found a happy balance and now have energy throughout the entire day and can fall asleep at night. I don't know if it's got anything to do with it, but I've also started dreaming again while asleep...which hasn't happened in years. Gotta keep those electrolytes balanced folks...it's kind of a big deal. Lol!!

It's hard to get enough potassium while water fasting because most supplements only contain 2% of your RDA. To get enough potassium, you would have to take handfuls. This supplement contains 5x that amount and seems to work well. After my initial purchase, I added this to a subscription because I liked it so much.

I know my diet does not include the potassium I need. These pills are a life saver. They keep the cramps away. If I forget to take them for a while I start to get foot cramps. Take them for a few days and the cramps go away. It works for me.
