This is the only saffron that I use to make risotto. It's the only one that creates an authentic flavor from Italy

melts in fast.

I use a package of this when I make risotto. It adds that final subtle flavor to the dish. This is a great price for saffron powder.

Very good saffron with good flavor.Awesome smell.

I used the Drogheria e Alimentari saffron before and you definitely have to use half the amount for this one. Dropped one star only because the taste is a bit off and I’m not sure yet if it’s because my rice was over seasoned or if it’s because the product flavor is off (note that it’s well within expiry - so I’m not suggesting anything wrong on that end).

Good stuff

Much easier tobusee than the standard saffron. Excellent flavor. Good for most dishes.
