Soak it overnight and drink the soaked water ....reduced blood glucose levels of my father...so definitely good but too bitter.

On the Raper of the product, no information about the product is provided. Only one sticker indicates that it is Chirayata. No information about Expiry and No Batch No. Quality is just OK.

some plastic particles mix in their product

It was mixed with some cheap seeds, may be to increase the overall weight of the product. I took a refund.
