Nice bakeware
Used it today for the first time. I have never baked a cheesecake and it was so easy with this pan. I used parchment paper and it was easy to clean. Very happy with my purchase.

Must have for a baker!
Bakes very nicely! Makes me want to throw away my old pans and buy more pans like this one! Make sure to wash by hand and not the dishwasher! Really easy to clean.

Saved me from my chiffon cake failure
Tried to bake my husband birthday cake for two years straight. Served 2 giant flatbread two years straight. cuz my dumb mind did not realize I should use a aluminum bake pan instead of those nonstick ones so the cake can grab the βwallβ and rise to be fluffy. Loved this pan. Decent packaging btw

Pleasantly Surprised
I must admit I was skeptical even when other reviewers gave it excellent ratings.I learned about Last Confection as I was looking for a replacement for a springform pan. Springform pans are a complete disaster. According to cooking sites, they all leak, even the ones that claim to be leak proof. Mine also started rusting after one or two uses even though it had a non-stick coating. If it worked, this Last Confection pan could be what I was looking for.The first thing I noticed was that the packaging was top notch. I still have the box. It could be used for storage, but there would be the issue of space. Secondly, I noticed that the the removable bottom was not flush against the sides of the pan. There is a small 1/16 or 1/32 inch border. I thought this would impact performance, but it didn't. I placed a parchment paper round on the bottom, added the graham cracker crust and cheesecake filling, wrapped it in foil (just in case), placed it in a water bath, then baked according to the recipe. What impressed me the most was that there was NO leakage at all. The inside of the aluminum foil was bone dry. The springform pan, on the other hand, leaked most, if not all of, the butter from the graham cracker crust. This is the perfect replacement for springform pans. I was originally looking for a 9" pan, but this 8" deep pan works just as well.

Well made, no leaks (w parchment liner in place)
This 6-inch pan is the perfect pan for "just us" cheesecakes. Recipes scaled for 8 oz of cream cheese yield 8 or 6 very modest-size servings. The pan will easily accommodate a recipe using 16 oz of cream cheese, and therefore, more-generous servings. Both the 6-inch pan and the 7-inch version fit the OXO 11249500 Good Grips, Pressure Cooker Bakeware Sling, which fits a 6-quart Instant Pot. Hand-wash. /// Since there are conflicting instructions on how to use it, here's what we do. We grease the pan, position a 6" tabbed parchment round, grease the parchment, and then pour in the cake batter. Cover the pan tightly with foil, set to Pressure Cook (low pressure) for 30 min. & "keep warm" OFF. Release pressure 10 mins after the cycle ends, set the covered cake (on the Oxo Sling) on a cooling rack for 90 minutes. When the cake has cooled to "warm," transfer it to the fridge for 8 or more hours. Once the cake is fully chilled, remove the foil from the top and unmold and serve the cake. /// One recipe has the foil cover coming off as soon as the pan is removed from the Instant Pot; doing that caused the top of the cake to shrink in toward the center. We'd rather risk condensation on the top.

Beautiful cheesecake pan
I made my first NY Style Cheesecake in this pan. It turned out delicious! It wasn't too hard to get it out of the pan, but next time I think I'll line the side walls with parchment paper as well as the bottom. The pan is solid and the bottom plate pushed out easily.

No leaks!!
Excellent dish. No leaks and though the size its small, its perfect for a cheesecake. Only down side, only one use the inside was a weird stain.
