Great little book a nice addition to my collection.

VERY HAPPY WITH THIS BOOK AND WOULD RECOMEND TO ANYBODY, LOTS OF DIFFERENT WAYS FOR POTATOES, DONT THINK YOU WOULD GET BETTER.

A wide variety of recipes using potatoes in very different ways. I liked the inclusion of sweet potatoes too, now they are widely available it is nice to have something a bit different on the menu

As I grow my own potatoes, and always have an abundance of them, it is alawys difficult to be creative when cooking them.This book certainly gives you a wide varity of recipies to choose from.
