Spinning portion stopped working after only 5 uses. Ordered a replacement so we will see how the replacement holds up. Had a second one sent to replace the first. Same problem. Would give zero stars if possible. Only wish I had returned this one in time ☹️

UPDATE: Machine stopped working suddenly—won’t rotate; only ultrasound. Amazon tech help said there is some sort of mechanical malfunction. Only used this for less than 30 days, and only for small lightweight hand washables. Disappointed. I hope this was just defective, and not the actual lifespan of the product.I compared this with another similar model, the Gemitto brand turbine, link: https://www.amazon.com/GEMITTO-Ultrasonic-Portable-Frequency-Childrens/dp/B07L3MDDVX.This device comes with a power supply. The Gemitto, and many other similar devices do not. (I know they say you can use your phone charger, but I prefer the convenience of just having a dedicated power supply for this laundering device.)What I liked most about this device is that the suction is strong enough to keep it under water level. It’s a key point for a washing turbine such as this—gotta remain below water surface in order to wash effectively. (If the turbine breaks the water surface, it will move just the water, not the clothes.). I believe the design of the backside of this machine contributes to the strong suction—it has an extension/ledge on which the suction cup sticks. That, in turn, sticks to the sidewall of the wash basin. Other washers without this detail probably will not have as strong sticking power as this design.Also, I liked the washing pattern of this machine. This device turns in one direction for about 15 seconds, then reverses for about 15 seconds, repeats this for about 5-10 minutes, then goes into ultrasound mode, and repeats the whole cycle for 30 minutes, at which point it stops. Its duration in each mode seems just enough to “stir” the washing solution, but NOT TWIST the clothes too much. The other device by Gemitto had a similar pattern, but much longer duration in each mode, so much more twisting of the clothes than this machine.I tested this machine with delicates and with a men’s cotton tee shirt. Both came out surprisingly clean. I believe that the chemical/surfactant action of the detergent, combined with the mechanical action of the turbine is what gets the clothes clean. (Same concept as standard washing machine, except this is on a manual and micro mini scale.).Not sure how effective the ultrasound is for this type of device, firstly, because water dampens the ultrasonic waves greatly, and if not frequency range of 30-40kHz, which is best at knocking dirt off of solids, the cavitation bubbles will be very small and weak...the ultrasound probably knocks particles off the wash basin surface more than the clothes in washwater! No worries for me on that; Im happy to find a little turbine that can save my hands and time to do a few hand washing items for me. And that what this device it good at—doing your handwashing gently, effectively all while saving your hands from wringing and twisting.A few tips:- When you apply the suction cup to the backside of the device, make sure your fingertips do not have any lotion or grease.- Make sure the sidewall onto which the device will be placed is clean and free of any oil/grease/lotion/grit.- Use enough water so that the contents can move easily/flow.- Use as little detergent as needed to clean the small batch clean.PS. I am not associated with this or any other manufacturer of these devices. I am just a customer looking for a device to help me with hand washables. This is it!

Poorly made. Water and electricity shouldn't contact each other. If this review disappears also...I will just keep writing more.

The media could not be loaded.  Pros:+ Convenient+ Portable, light weight, easy to travel with (haven't yet - but I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to pack in an overnight bag or suit case)+ Quick set up+ USB plug-in+ Seemed to work well with smaller items (bibs, mittens)Cons:- Instructions are in Chinese- When I first plugged it in, the USB attachment the product came with sparked. I quickly unplugged it. It worked okay with a different USB attachment. (Wouldn't recommend doing this as the attachment I used wasn't made for the product itself - there might be a safety hazard in switching out the pieces.)- With single, larger items, it didn't move the load around as much. (burp rags, onesies/body suits, tights)My husband & I are expecting our first child. We've heard so many stories about how messy babies can get so we were eagerly looking for a convenient way to wash small pieces instantly. (Rather than letting the laundry build up to a full load to throw in the washer) I saw this product & ordered it.For the first load, I decided to throw in items of different weights to see how the turbine would work on each. (I washed: 3 bibs, 3 burp cloths, 4 onesies/body suits [3 months], 3 tights/bottoms & 4 pairs of mittens) The lighter items - bibs & mittens - rotated nicely with no interference on my part. As the heavier items were drawn to the turbine, the turbine slowed & I had to help circulate the items.Overall, the water got soapy, the pieces moved (either with or without my help), it was quick & convenient. I think next time, I'll run a much smaller load & I will probably place the items in a small bucket instead of the wash sink. As I use the product more - I will update the review. The item itself seems promising - just has a few issues it needs to work out.

This thing is COOL! I think it’s quite obvious that it’s most effective for small, light loads/clothes such as socks, underwear, light t-shirts; basically lightweight material. Not so good on bulky, cotton clothes. Not that it won’t clean them, just not as well. Having said that, the “ultrasonic” phase of the wash is quite effective. You can see the fine particles of dirt in the bottom of the sink or pail. You’re on your own for instructions on how to use it, unless you are proficient in reading Chinese. There are some pictures, which portray it being used on the side of a bucket, that’s about it. I’m not sure why the Chinese refuse to use English or if they do, find someone who is proficient in the language to proofread before they publish it, maybe it’s a pride thing, I don’t know but it cracks me up. It always makes me laugh so whatever. I’ve only used it a few times but I am quite surprised at how effective it works and I hope it doesn’t quit on me. If it does, I’ll update my review...

I did not get the instructions in English! I had to go to another web site to get them. I T works Ok. Where is the dryer function?

Waste of money - did not even work when new.

The product is not as small as I though it would be but still very light in weight. Tried it for a few spins and it seems to be doing its job! Perfect for small volume washes for hand towels and delicate pieces, no need to waste water and energy by using the big washing machine. Looking forward to travelling with it, too. Will definitely recommend to friends.
