Great for welding, grinding, and general shop work
I bought a pair of these coveralls primarily for use in my shop when I am welding. At 6'2", I ordered 46L just so I would have ample length in the legs to fit over work boots - there is nothing worse than a hot spark that finds it way into your boot while in the middle of a critical weld. The 46L is a bit long in the sleeve and the legs, but for my use, the fit is perfect (even when squatting or sitting there is still ample coverage over ankle).Out of the box, the flame resistant chemical treatment is obvious with a fairly strong smell. That went away with a quick wash in cold water, mild soap, and air dry on a hanger in the shop for a day. I've had them for a couple of weeks now, and wear them for a 2-3 hours daily. I've had several hours each day at the welder or grinder station with continuous hot metal sparks and spray coming in all directions, and the flame resistant properties are exactly as advertised. I see no signs of burn through. The welder puts out an intense amount of UV rays from the arc. Many cheaper (lighter) materials will let enough of the UV through that arc sunburn is common through many materials. With nothing but lightweight long sleeve and long leg underwear, I've not experienced any arc sunburn through the 9 oz material. Shop temperature varies from 50-70 degrees F. At the lower temperatures, these are just the right weight. However, when it warms up in the shop (70-72 F), I feel the heat - these do not breath, so air circulation is minimal (but if they did breath there would likely be UV leakage from the arc - so I tolerate the warmth in favor of UV protection)For the purposes that I use them, these are perfect; I can find nothing to complain about yet. Zippers and snaps appear to be decent materials. Sewing at seams is double thread in some places, single thread in others. I would have preferred double thread seams everywhere for durability in shop wear, but I see nothing to suggest these will fail in normal wear in shop environment. At $60 pair, they are more expensive than many others. BUT - the protection from UV and flying sparks and weld splatter is most important to me, and these Bulwark coveralls are exactly what I wanted and needed. I'll buy another pair soon (these will need a second washing soon and I don't want to be without them for the day or so that will take)

No burn holes yet!
These fit my husband really good. He’s already worn him out in the field a few times and has yet to have any burn holes. You can tell the fabric is durable and the material feels very thick, although it does feel lightweight, which is great because it makes them comfortable. My husband is 5’10” and about 150lbs, the size large fits the best!

Returned item but…
I ended up returning this item because I got the wrong size, but when I purchased it, the quality was excellent—thick and durable. I originally bought it to work on my own vehicle and help friends with theirs, and I really loved it overall. I plan to purchase it again, hopefully in the right size next time. I bought the 46 Tall, but it didn’t fit my shoulders well and felt a bit tight around the waist. For reference, I’m 6’5" and 218 lbs, so I’d recommend going up a size for a better fit.

True Flame Resistance!
My my… this is is the most flame resistant material I have ever used. When welding not a single singe appeared. I have burned though several other options and this is the only one that is actually flame resistant. The sizing is good for taller individuals. Zipper is brass (good to be metal for heat resistance) and the sizing is a bit baggy. I am 6’ 215 and the 48 is looser than I prefer.

Good quality - bad size guide
The Bulkward FR coverall is made from good quality material. The pockets and zipper well made and work. The biggest issue I had was the size guid was incorrect. I ordered a 48 tall, and I think i might need a 50 or 52 tall. The suit is not too heavy, basically what you expect for a FR suit.Once you find the right size I would fully support this product.

A guy can get proper dirty in these
I’m 6’3” and 200 lbs. I ordered 46 long. They fit perfect over jeans and a t-shirt. Even with a sweatshirt on if it’s a little nippy in the morning. Legs are big enough a guy can slip the big ol’ work boots down the pipes. The sleeves are tight enough not to get you wrapped up in the belt sander. What the fellas really want to know though is how they fit when you’re sittin’ on the ol’ roll around repacking wheel bearings. Lesser coveralls will ride up and put the old jewels in a world of hurt. Not these! A guy did some grinding and welding the other day. Nothing caught fire unlike that time one of my Amazon essential sweat shirts decided I would make a fine tiki torch. By the way, those sweatshirts make for a decent fire starter in case a fella has a need for a quick warming fire out in the bush. Speaking of which, this coverall makes a guy toasty enough he can turn down the heat just a touch in the old shop. That’s alright. Saves a few dollars on the electrons. You know I was thinkin’ a guy might want to get one more set of these coveralls so you always got a clean set. You know, for cleanin’ up proper and goin’ to town.
