Lovely
Finally, beautiful wooden utensils that do a fantastic job and are not cheap bamboo ones that split and crack and are full of nasty germs and bacteria and stains after a few uses. These are made of birchwood, not nearly as expensive as teak, and are a pleasure to use. Reasonably priced and highly recommended.

Fantastick price for beautifully made set of utensils
I have their large paddle and love it. Wanted some smaller ones and these fit the bill. They were not oiled and I think that is because some commented on not wanting the oil on theirs. I rubbed olive oil on them and le them sit for the oil to be absorbed. I prefer that to mineral oil. Because this wood has a very fine grain it is a little raised in 1 spot but the oil will take care of it. No splinters. THe different shapes are great as they will fill many different needs.

Perfect set at a good price.
Great looking wooden set. They’ve lasted a long time but I don’t put them in the dish washer. Clean up easy and no sauce stains.

A good set of spatulas
I like wood spatulas for general cooking use. They work well with non stock, cast iron, and stainless steel pans and skillets. These set I like because they have thin edge. I also like that they are all square or angled except one rounded. The wood is beech wood. These spatulas seem to be hand made. The finish is not super smooth but nothing some sandpaper can’t smooth over. I also love the hole to hang dry. My old wood ones don't have the hole, making them hard to dry.

Mix With These at Your Own Risk....
OK. These Smell. Kinda like greasy clothes...or a bit like old linseed oil. As spoons...they're ok. But it's going to take some time in the dishwasher in order to make them "usable". BTW: They want you to wash these by hand. Yeah, Right! AS IF that's ever going to happen: Besides...you NEED a dishwasher to fix these up...before you get them ANYWHERE near your food. I recommend these to anyone willing and able to spend enough time to make them OK to use. (But, honestly, I really wish I hadn't bought them at all!)

Very bad smelling, it's a deal breaker
I thought these were a good deal at about $2 a utensil. The finish is a lot rougher than I expected. Frankly, they are unrefined. The spoon is very shallow, so not very good as a spoon. That said, I thought the price was OK, until I smelled them. I noticed an off smell when I first opened the package, but I figured it would dissipate after I washed them with dish soap and let them dry. Nope. The rancid smell is much stronger than I thought. I re-heated some red beans and rice, and used the wooden spoon. These were previously prepared red beans, so I didn't cook them with the spoon. I could smell the spoon while stirring the pot, and it was that disgusting, rancid smell of old oil. Worse yet, after I plated up the red beans over some rice and I could smell that rancid smell on the food with each bite. After eating the red beans, I took all the wooden utensils and washed them again with dish soap in the sink. I then scrubbed and soaked them with baking soda. It seemed to help a little, but you can't remove this odor. I don't get why they have to smell this bad from the factory. I plan to return them as I can't get rid of the smell.
