Really high quality product
I sit in an office cubicle with people passing by behind me who can view my screens which is a bit of a problem when I need want to work without colleagues or passers-by seeing what I am doing. The Ocushield privacy filter has been able to stop my screens being visible which is what I wanted. I used the removable option which allows me to put the screen filter on and off my monitors when required - although I usually just keep them on as I find my eyes are now less tired during the day and at the end of a working day while having this product on the screens which is great! There is also another application method which is included but I haven't used that but good to have multiple options. I would recommend the Ocushield product to anyone considering it. I've used 3M privacy filters before but the quality of this product is far superior and cheaper from what I can remember.

Absolutely Appalling!
I spent almost £50 on this because it seemed to be a premium product, designed by optometrists which would block out blue light without affecting screen colours like night modes do and provide a crisp, clear display without the disadvantages of blue light. It does no such thing. I followed the instructions carefully but what you get is a much darker, duller, washed-out screen which is hard to see. It has much more of a negative effect than Windows own Night Mode. It's basically just a sheet of darkish-blue plastic which ruins your display. It doesn't even fit my 15.6" laptop screen exactly - there's a tiny 1mm gap at the top.I have never felt so angry or ripped-off about a product I have purchsed before. Avoid this rubbish at all costs!

It works! But has it’s issues
My headaches are gone ! My sleepless nights are gone ! I can focus better and think better since I don’t have those painful headaches any more! However it’s not easy to install though and there are visual issues. You can see the stickers behind the screen. The things you stick on the sides look a bit ugly. I did have a hard time putting it on. Only used one of these stickers behind the screen and I can still see it. But I much prefer to have that than having headaches days on end without knowing what is causing it. I’m a gamer by the way

Tried and tested blue light filter
I purchased an Ocushield blue light screen filter for my monitor after reading a recent article on the Metro about the dangers of blue light. I'm very impressed, my pros and cons below:Pro's -- Great packaging and safe delivery- Two easy methods of application for different scenarios- High-quality product, my eyes are feeling a lot better- The privacy feature is nice, I don't have to keep lowering my screen brightness around people- Great customer service, Ocushield helped with finding the best size neededCon's -- Not available for Google Pixel devices (from what I can see)- Although the product and contents are recyclable, I believe more use of natural materials should be used moving forward

Works for blue light but….
This does stop blue light and glare and the privacy element is great. The problem is the way it is attached. The sticky strips for ‘permanent’ attachment will show very obviously through the screen, effectively rendering that part of your screen unreadable. Think carefully where you want the strips so it doesn’t annoy you. It does make the screen darker at the edges but turning screen brightness up does help. Also measure diagonally across the screen for correct sizing. I would recommend, but if you use your whole screen for editing/design it can be a bit irritating with the sticky strips bit, I think they could make the screen adhesive instead that would be better

Measure bigger then you think
This absolutely does the job - my eyes were immediately feeling better and noticeably less strained at the end end of the day but we have a 27 in Mac and bought the closest ( bigger ) screen and it still want quite big enough so go bigger than you think - having said that I don’t think they do our accurate size so it would either be too long or too short on the width - it’s no big deal if you do t mind it looking a bit smaller on the screen as it still does the job . It’s not easy to instal with the temporary stickers ( incomprehensible from that video and we tried various ways to peel the sticky backs off but to no avail ) so we just put on the permanent ones which did work and did the job thank fully .

The Issue with the Bigger Screen Protectors.
I could immediately feel a difference when I applied it to my screen - the light was milder and no longer pierced my eyes. But the fact that this is not entirely adhesive like their tablet/mobile phone screen protectors, but instead uses doubled sided tape on the edges, means the gap between the shield and the monitor causes the light from the monitor to refract, and cause the display to look fuzzy, blurry and dizzying.I realised the whole screen was in a "air bubble" and I spent hours trying to make it work by smoothing it out, but this only resulted in numerous little bubbles that didn't go away. I can tell the bits where there are no gaps/bubbles are a lot more visible and clear.I would like to request that Ocushield one day releases a product for the bigger screens that are either entirely adhesive or is able to completely flatten itself against the monitor. I suspect the privacy filter effect also adds to the image looking fuzzy, so it'd be nice if there was an option to purchase a shield without that feature.
